This Hotel was great . It was walking distance to the town centre. It was clean the bed was comfortable and the general room was great . Staff very helpful . If your looking for cheap place to get your head down and relax it’s great When I go back to Izmir I will book this hotel again .

Room 502

We missed our flight home and found this place on Hotels.com. I would highly recommend staying in room 502 if possible the views are breathtaking :) The room is light and spacious and the bathroom is lovely and clean. I stayed here with my Partner and two children. The staff were very polite and accommodating they even let us store our bags until it was time to leave for the airport. Thank You for letting us experience that beautiful room.

En dag på farten

Vi var en familie på 4 og vi kunne godt være der. jeg bad om et ikke ryger værelse men jeg tror at alle værelser har der været rygere i da man kan lygte det. Når man kun skal være der en dag så er det fint. Meget flinke og imødekommende medarbejdere som tog godt i mod os med et smil. Det kan godt være varmt på den anden side af værelset der hvor aircondition ikke er.

Çalışanlar çok ilgili birkaç kere sıkıntı varmı diye sordular, ufak tefek sorunları hızlıca hallettiler. Odalar temiz, buzdolabı ve klima yeterli, asansör yok. Odada çay kahve seti ve kettle var. Havlular ve çarşaflar çok temizdi. Oda iç dizaynı güzel, yerler halı kaplama. Memnun kaldık

Zu dieser Unterkunft gibt es nichts positives zu berichten. Zimmereinrichtung wie Möbel, Zimmertüren und deren Rahmen nicht vollständig montiert. Bei Ankunft fehlten die Handtücher. Im Schrank befand sich noch die Einwegpantolette des Vorgängers. Zugang zum Gebäude -als Hotelgast- nur nach Anruf einer türkischen Mobilfunknunmer möglich. Zwielichtige Personen gehen jedoch ein und aus und hatten als Finale, gegen 5 Uhr morgens eine gewalttätige Auseinandersetzung auf dem Flur. Habe als Gast die Polizei rufen müssen weil das Personal untätig blieb. Die Konfrontation des Hotelmanagers hätten wir uns sparen können. "So etwas könne passieren." Sagte er.

Ich hatte ein Economy Zimmer gebucht, als die Tür aufging kam ein sehr starker Schimmelgeruch mir entgegen als ich dann das Zimmer betrat, war die gegenüberliegende Wand komplett voller Schwarz Schimmel. Auf den Fotos vom Hotel, ist nicht zu sehen, dass das Economy Zimmer anstelle von Fenstern kleine Luken haben. Daher auch der Schimmel. Mir wurde anschließend eine Suite angeboten, für die ich natürlich extra bezahlen musste. Der Ausblick war unglaublich schön, aber der Sanitärbereich absolut unmöglich.Die Lage sehr zentral. Aber Ich würde dieses Hotel nicht weiter empfehlen. Das Personal war zwar sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend aber alles andere, die reinste Katastrophe.
