good place

The staff truly care and are very friendly, making the whole experience feel welcoming WiFi was excellent throughout. ooms were very good as was the location. Hotel is in a great location within walking distance to shops, restaurants, old town no free lunch is known but no free water is unheard, so no extra water bottle shall be provided even if you have a 2 year old baby.

The hotel staff was very friendly and helpful. The man working at the reception told us where to go, what to see in the surrounding area and in the city itself. The room had a balcony, where it was very nice to sit in the evening and enjoy the view. The hotel is located in a very beautiful place, right in the old town.

The hotel is conveniently located next to the marina. It was an okay one-night stay. The towels reeked of tobacco and the tobacco smell in the bathroom was very noticeable. An advertized breakfast buffet turned out to be not a buffet. It was a bit noisy at night, too.

Wonderful service

We had a wonderful, warm, human service. The lunch is buffert type, generous and delicious. Coup de coeur poru Cesme and this hotel. Surprise, the safe lunch takes on the roof top where you have a magnificent view of Cesme and Greece.

No better location in Cesme closest to legendary Cesme bazaar, castle for all shopping fun. Most location around are walkable. Hotel rooms, hygiene services and food at best. I appreciate your hospitality and I would like to repeat this experience. The view from our room was very good

Wonderful location

We loved the room. Clean and big size. We also loved the view from the room. The WiFi was good. The food was ok. It’s always nice with buffet, Turkish food is normally very good so the food here was just ok. We went there out of season so the hotel seemed empty but that was ok for us. Would recommend the hotel. The location of the hotel is wonderful. It is a few minutes from the port of Cesme. The neighboring town of Alacati can also be reached in 15 minutes by car.

Memorable and nice

We stayed here two nights. The host Is a very nice person, welcoming and supportive. Rooms are nice and confortable. Breakfast is delicious, home made and very local! The hotel Is located in the city centre, we went everywhere by walk at center of çeşme. A few steps to restaurants and shops. Our stay there was memorable and will definitely stay there when we go to Cesme

November 2024: We stayed at the Grand Faik hotel for nine nights. Staff was friendly, rooms and public areas clean, good price, great locale. We will definitely stay here when we visit Cesme again. The location was ideal right on the Marina and bazaar. Our room was very quiet. Comfortable beds, nice bathroon. Location is within walking distance of restaurants and sights to see in Cesme. There are usually taxis waiting outside the main door, but if not the front desk will call a taxi for you.

We all have those wonderful moments in life where we dive into a bed and feel as if we are bathed in the glory and the comfort of our mothers warm embrace. That is exactly how I feel when I sleep at this hotel the beds are magnificent and the service of the hotel is beyond compare, every time I arrive at this hotel, I am treated with efficiency and yet embraced like a family member who has come home. The facilities in this hotel are the best available and I can wax lyrical about the beds ad infinitum Terrace was great as the weather was so wam during our stay, The hotel is located in the near of all the good shops, restaurant and the Cesme

We visit Grand Faik hotel for the second time. The location of the hotel is also perfect, you walk out of the street and you are in the city center. On the right side there are restaurants with beach/sunbeds. The hotelstaff are very friendly and helpful and the rooms are cleaned every day. If we visit Çeşme again for a few days, we know which hotel we will book. We definitely recommend this hotel! From the moment I arrived, the warm and welcoming attitude of the staff members stood out. Their genuine hospitality and willingness to go the extra mile to ensure my comfort truly made a difference. Their knowledge of the local area and their recommendations for dining and activities were great Coffee shops, restaurant, bars, everything is within walking distance, and theres a harbour entrance within 2 minutes of walking.

It’s a terribly dirty and old hotel. It’s such a shame that it’s perfect location but in dire need of renovation. The bathroom especially is very old and dirty. Filthy tiles, old towels, rusty waist baskets, just to name a few. Breakfast is very poor, no variety at all. Also very concerned about hygiene. Very strong detergent smell throuht the property doesn’t mean that it’s clean i wl never go back. Stay away from this hotel

⭐ 1/5 — I wish I could give 0 stars. THE WORST HOT

I stayed here for one night (thank God it was only one), and it was an absolute nightmare from the moment we stepped in. The room was INFESTED — bed bugs everywhere. On the bed, on the walls, even on the floor. Not to mention dead cockroaches lying around like they were part of the decor. We immediately told the front desk, and they acted polite, clearly hoping we wouldn’t leave a review — but when we decided to leave, they literally started begging my father for “mercy.” Yes, seriously. They moved us to another room, which was still disgusting. Dirty floors, sketchy beds, just completely uncomfortable and unsafe. After seeing those bugs, there was no way we could trust anything in that place again. The whole building felt neglected and unhygienic. If you care at all about cleanliness, health, or basic decency — stay far, far away from this place. We even have photos of the bed bugs to prove it. This place should be inspected, shut down, or at the very least, deeply cleaned and managed properly. Do yourself a favor: avoid this place like the plague.

The hotel itself looks nice and is very well located around everything. The washrooms were dirty the shower didn’t work there was no hot water, wifi or tv. The beds are not comfortable and the pillows were flat as flat can be. Our towels had blood or SH** stains. The second room smelled like there was a never ending cigarette lit. The person working the front desk when we checked in was very nice and helpful I’d give him a 10 star but the manager or owner was working the desk on checkout is a D**k that domestic know how to take feedback. I was explaining to him the issues we had and instead of listen he started getting aggressive and told me to leave.

Wir wurden sehr nett empfangen und die Mitarbeiter sind sehr freundlich. Das erste Zimmer in das wir eingecheckt sind hat gestunken und die Kissenbezüge haben auch benutzt gestunken. Die Matratze vom Bett war so schlapp und weich das man zu zweit nicht drauf liegen konnte ohne fast von den Seiten zu fallen andauernd. Das Zimmer war allgemein sehr staubig und der Toiletten Sitz hatte kleine schwarze Haare und Staub drauf. Wir haben nach einem anderen Zimmer gebeten und dann auch sofort ein neues Zimmer bekommen. Dieses Zimmer war deutlich sauberer und das Bett war viel besser. Die Matratze war ganz normal. Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Blick auf das Meer von unserem Bett und Balkon aus. Die Wände sind sehr dünn. Man hört wirklich jed Kleinigkeit vom Nachbarn. Im Badezimmer auch. Also man hört wirklich jede Kleinigkeit. Wir waren am ersten Morgen sehr überrascht vom Frühstück. Man bekommt nur ein gekochtes Ei und ein kleines Stück Käse und paar Marmeladen. Als wir nach einem zweiten Ei gefragt haben wurde uns gesagt es wird alles abgezählt und genauso ausgehändigt wie es ist, obwohl wir gesagt haben wir zahlen sogar extra. Also sollte man sich hier darauf einstellen direkt nach dem Hotel Frühstück, nochmal irgendwo draußen frühstücken zu gehen. Man ist direkt in der Innenstadt und kann alles praktisch zu Fuß erreichen. Insgesamt fanden wir den Besuch in diesem Hotel für den Preis in Ordnung und hatten trotzdem eine angenehme Zeit in cesme.

Ekonomi odasında kaldık. Aşırı küçüktü balkonu geçtim, pencere bile yok denecek kadar küçüktü, 30 cm falandı. Zaten istinat duvarına ve pis bir alana bakıyor. Havalandırmak için açamadım bile pencereyi. Tel de olmadığı için böcek girme olasılığı çok yüksek. Banyo aşırı dar. Temizliğine bir şey diyemem fena değildi. Ama bir daha kalmam burda. Dolapta kıyafet askısı yok. Bizim kaldığımız gün asansör çalışmıyordu. Otopark yok. Arabanızı bırakabilecek herhangi bir yakın yer de yok şehir planından dolayı. Eşyalarınızı baya Bi elinizde taşımanız gerek. Otelin önünde bi değnekçi geceliğine 500₺ istiyor. Tabi bu fiyata sunulan hizmet de bu kadar oluyor. Kahvaltı zaten yok hükmünde. Ekliyorum tabağı. 1yeşil kırmızı bibercik. Çok komikti. Kahvaltı alanı güzel ferah. Ama çocukla gitmeye hiç uygun değil
