The hotel provided many conveniences. Detailed personal items that were thoughtful. Located on a busy street with neon lights was annoying. The pillows were overstuffed and dense. I could not get comfortable enough to sleep.

Wouldn’t recommend :) it’s definitely a budget hotel and very very basic. They clean the room only when you ask, and they forgot once. No room in the bathroom to put anything and on a very busy street so it was stressful to park

Gece resepsiyon görevlisi Abdullah Bey ve gündüz resepsiyon görevlisi Çağla Hanım son derece kibar ve yardımcı personeller. Kendilerine çok teşekkür ediyoruz. Ayrıca restauranttaki kahvaltıdan sorumlu Damla Hanım işini güleryüzle yapan, kibar ve yardımsever bir personel. Kendisine de çok teşekkür ediyoruz. Eksilere gelince; ilk konakladığımız 2. Kat odası maalesef sigara kokuyor. Ve temizlik konusunda çok eksiler var. Daha sonra değiştirerek geçtiğimiz 5. Kat’taki oda sigara kokmuyor fakat temizlik ile ilgili ciddi problemler var. Özellikle dolap içinde bir önceki müşteriden kalan çoraplar ile ilgili görevlilere uyarı yapılmış olmasına rağmen maalesef konaklama bitene kadar temizlik görevlilerince dolaplar temizlenmedi. Otelin oda temizliği personelini ciddi bir şekilde değiştirmesi gerektiğini düşünüyoruz. Bu tarz eksiklikler güzel olan herşeyi de silebiliyor. Konum merkezi. Etrafta yiyecek ve alışveriş yapılacak yerler mevcut. Kahvaltı çok güzel ve açık büfe. Çok büyük bir artı. Otel temizliğine daha çok dikkat edilirse çok daha kaliteli olacağını düşündüğümüz bir işletme.

Çok kötü temizlik

Sigara içilmeyen bir otel olduğunu belirtmelerine rağmen odalar ve tuvalet sürekli sigara kokuyor. Temizliği o kadar bizi şüphelendirdi ki duş almaktan bile imtina edecek hale geldik, o kadar ki bir önceki misafirin saçı sakalı hep lavabo ve etrafındaydı. Kahvaltı standart ve yeterli. Ana caddede yer aldığı için bütün otobüs araç gürültüsü içeri yansıyor. İşiniz gücünüz merkezde ise ulaşımı kolay.

304 bolu odada kaldım, yatağın üstünde sabah tırnak gördüm. Duş havlusu maalesef kirli idi. Kahvaltı çok zayıftı. Asansörün içi çok kötü kokuyordu, başka öisafirler de bu konuyu resepsiyona belirtti. En sonda da otoparkta arabamın dibine başka araba park ettiğimden ve o arabanın hangi odada kaldığını bulamadıklarından çıkışta extra 15-20 dalika daha bekledim. Yeterli çi sukıntılarım

Sinmiş bir Sigara kokusu pencerelerin yukarıda olması ve kısıtlı açılabilmesi klima sorunu, foça vb herhangi bir yere uzak olması açısından yanlış tercih yapmışız. Klima gündüz 30dereceden aşağı inmedi, soğutmuyordu,kaç defa kapa aç ayar yaptım olmadı gece ise 23 derecelere kendinden indi verdiğiniz komutu algıladığına dair işaret yok, en son 5.katta yangın falan çıkarır bu diyerek gece uyanıp oda kartını çıkararak elektiriği komple kapattım. Kahvaltı hiç yoktan iyidir uğraşmışlar görevlililer ilgili sorun çözücü hepsine saygı duyuyorum yardımcı da oldular ama otel sıkıntılı geldi.

Otelde 5 gece konakladım. Yalnız seyahat ettiğim için otelin güvenli hissettirmesi benim için önemliydi ve bu konuda beklentilerimi karşıladı. Otel, Çiğli’de harika bir konumda yer alıyor. İzban istasyonu sadece birkaç adım uzaklıkta, buradan şehir merkezine 10 dakikada ulaşmak ve havaalanına direkt gitmek mümkün. En üst katta bir odada kaldım ve ana caddeye bakan güzel bir manzaram vardı. Trafik yoğun olduğu için pencere açıkken gürültü duyulabiliyor. Bunun dışında otel oldukça sakindi, personel güler yüzlü ve yardımseverdi. Genel olarak memnun kaldım.

Oda -1 katta idi. Genel olarak temizdi. Yorgun olduğumuzdan direk uyuduk. Sabah banyo yapmaya kalktık. Giderler tıkalıydı. Su gitmiyordu. Söyledik ama yapabilecekleri bir şey yokmuş. Sonra yan odayı su bastı. Koridorlara kadar su doldu. Üst katlarda sanmıyorum böyke bir sorun olsun.

Tek gece kaldım. Otelin konumu Çiğli izban'a oldukça yakın ve otelin hemen önünde otobüs durağı, biraz ilerisinde taksi durağı mevcut. Genel olarak konaklamam rahat geçti. Kahvaltı sitedeki fotoğrafa benzer ama aynısı değil. Yeterli olmadığını, biraz daha çeşitlendirmeleri gerektiğini düşünüyorum.
