Lovely property, very easy walk from train station/metro at Basmane and to the waterfront. Staff lovely and helpful. Room clean and comfy Only negative is it was very noisy at night from both internal and external noise.

Good place to stay in Izmir

It was a very pleasant stay. Friendly, welcoming and helpful staff. Clean, comfortable and nice room. I’d give 5 of 5 stars to the hotel. The location is close to the downtown but maybe not the best one as the district doesn’t look safe for tourists. Anyway, I would recommend this hotel if you’re looking a place to stay in Izmir.

Extremely nice and helpful people . Air in the room a bit stuffy. Area around the hotel is poor, but within minutes you are on the wonderful seaside .Price is absolutely awesome for that place.

The hotel is newish and very clean. My room was spacious and had a little fridge. Linen and towels were new and smelled fresh. Furniture was clean and modern. The bed was comfortable and bathroom spacious. The staff were very friendly and helpful. I did however suggest you do not book the economy room on the ground floor as the noise is a challenge. There is a machine outside the room that makes noise during the day and night. You cannot sleep in either as the noise from staff and visitors wakes you up very early. The rooms are not noise insulated. The hotel is ideally located for access to local services but if you are a woman travelling alone it’s not too safe late at night and better to use taxis. But overall this hotel is highly recommended and very good value for money.

Disappointing

Hotel low cost in a central but a but scary location . Everything around is abandoned or destructed . We felt a bit unsafe day and night as also the taxi warned us . The hotel was a low budget one so we did not expect much from it . Spacious room , clean towels but with holes , bathroom with yellow plastic joins . No door for the shower so u are messing the whole little bathroom . One day we ordered a breakfast for 7.10am as we had a pick up at 7.30 for a visit but nothing was ready on time and got served at 7.25 … the owner said he couldn’t do anything for us . Such an anti commercial behavior and bad attitude towards us . I wouldn’t recommend this place to be honest :(

Not recommended

Hello. We didn't like the service at all. Nobody was trying to help us with were simply issues, like to change a burnt out light bulb. The room was not cleaned even once in 3 days. They didn't even take out the trash.. etc., etc. Located in a bad area. I think it is unsafe place, especially for girls. The rooms have not soundproofing, i could hear every word our neighbors said. the only plus is the 2 guys who work there at night, they are cute.

Hijyenli temiz ama varos bir mahallede bir otel.

Öncelikle otelden ziyade otelin bulundugu bolge biraz sıkıntılı, özellikle tek bayanlar için çok ideal diyemem. Arabayla gelmistim otel onune biraktim ama cok dar yollar insallah birisi vurmaz diyerek icime sinmeyerek birakmak durumunda kaldim. Klima cok randimanli calismadi sonradan isitmis ama sabah uyabinca fark edebildim aksam usuttu acikcasi. Banyosu kucuk ama normal. Temizlik konusunda hijyen konusunda iciniz rahat olsun otel calisanlari da guleryuzlu otelden ziyade mahallesinden rahatsiz oldum diyebilirim klima da kisin sorun yasatir ama havalar iyi olunca cok sorun etmedim.

Otelin sahipleri çok güleryüzlü ve sıcakkanlı insanlardı. Her isteğimizi karşıladılar. Odamızın genel olarak durumu çok iyiydi. Çarşaflar temizdi, eşyalar iyi durumdaydı. Oda temizliği için bir gece önceden söylemek gerekiyor. Söyleyeceğim tek negatif durum otelin konumu. Konum olarak basmanenin ara sokaklarında yer alıyor, akşamları tekinsiz bir durumda ancak her yere yakın olması da bir artı. Her şey için teşekkür ederiz.
