The staff at reception tried to take £1275.63 from my credit card instead of a payment of around £130 for 2 nights I got a text from my credit card company saying have i organised a payment from hotel of £1275.63 i replayed NO which then my credit card was Blocked Then spent next 5 hours trying to sort problem to no avail Staff not interested and said could not help Me and my wife spent £50 trying to ring UK to sort problem out to no avail This left us in a mess even management not interested

Odamıza yerleşir yerleşmez tv den kaynaklı elektrik sıkıntısı oldu, kısa devre sonucu odanın elektriği kesildi ve odamızı hemen değiştirdiler. Kısa sürede odamız değişmiş olsa da elektrik aksamındaki sıkıntı rutin kontrollerin yapılmıyor olduğu hissi yarattı.

Anemon ve güven sarsıcılığı

Anemon çok köklü bir otel olmasına rağmen konaklamamız esnasında hoşumuza gitmeyen durumlar oldu. Balayı çifti olduğumuzu belirttik fakat hiç özenli davranılmadı, oda temizliği istemediğimizden söz ettik ama otelden ayrılıp tekrar geldiğinizde havluların değişmiş olduğunu gördük. Fiyat performans olarak farklı otelleri tercih etmenizi öneririm.

Oda konforsuz. Eşyalar eski ve kullanışsız. Suni deri bir koltuk ve ayak uzatmak için üstünde sigara yanıkları olan suni deri puf gibi bir şey var. Ayaklarının yere bastığı yerler geniş. Ayaklarımızı sürekli çarptık. Odada beyaz ışık veren tasarruf ampülleri var. Soğuk beyaz ışık korkunç. Rezervasyonumuz 2 kişilik olmasına rağmen, şampuan vb. şeyler bir kişilik. Tek yorgan var. Gece 11:30 da odaya su istedik. 11’den sonra oda servisimiz yok deyip, yollamadılar. Fiyat: performans açısından kaldığım en kötü otel.

The rooms heating system is central. As it was Spring time, heating was still on. Rooms too hot. Too many cats are in Breakfast room. Street cats should not be allowed into indoor area, breakfast rooms or where food is served.
