"We had 2 rooms up the hill with a lap pool infront. View was gorgeous. Lots of bird viewings. Room comfortable but needs a chair or 2. Outside walkway between room and lap pool about 3 feet. Staff amazing. Breakfast and dinner good at hotel. Did not visit lake side. Wood around lap pool is rotting. Need a car or driver. Takes a while for water to get hot in shower. "

"The staff was very courteous. The moment we stepped into the hotel, we were greeted by a kind staff member, Deysy. She was professional through and through, understanding, and explained things in detail. The staff at the restaurant were also attentive and pleasant, & the food delicious! The staff at the parking lot were also attentive and very kind. Overall, the staff is service-oriented and service-conscious, and it's appreciated. Pro: Hotel View. Customer Service. Transportation. Food quality. All amazing. The restaurant's food is truly tasty. Cons: There was no early check-in. I understand it is based on availability, so this is not the hotel's fault. Construction by the pool and on the outside shower. If you don't mind the noise, then you're fine. The workers do take breaks which means they are not doing non stop construction noise which is good for the guests. My hotel room was tucked in with no view. The lighting in the room is dim. I was not able to turn on the middle fan light. I could have asked for assistance but it was not a major inconvenience—just something for the hotel to know of. Not having a room with any view can be fixed by just stepping out of the room and hanging out at the restaurant or the pool. "
