「Staff were useless」

「Slight dirty bedsheet and hard mattress 」

「A great hotel away from the bustle of other areas but great for ferry travel and boat trips, including some of the best spots for snorkelling. The food was good, staff were very helpful with everything we asked. The hotel has a number of bars you can flick through with the various happy hours which is great. The private beach and snorkelling/swimming area is great!」

「Food was excellent for 4 star all inc, evening entertainment was a little repetitive. All the facilities were great esp the spa and indoor pool」

「Poor service of Sona and pool」

「Rooms are very spacious and clean. Beautiful Spa and breakfast was really good. I would 100% recommend staying here.」

「The room was clean to an excellent standard. A varied choice at breakfast was provided and the staff were very very helpful even when I had a challenge with the temperature in the room. It will sort it out within two minutes.」

「Beds were not very comfortable but good sized room」

「Clean and tidy. Staff are friendly and helpful. Breakfast are good. Location near St Paul's Bay, can access to different parts of Malta easily via Uber. 」

「Great breakfast, room is simply but clean.」
