Great staff

It was a very nice hotel to stay at. The girls at the front desk where 10's very helpful and pleasant. The restaurant staff were great. The only down that I could think of would be the bed was harder than I prefer. The air raid siren was a rude awakening but the staff was very helpful when asked where to go.

This hotel is very good value. The staff were super friendly and helpful, and there are good places to eat within walking distance. I found an excellent restaurant a few blocks away called Champaneria, on a rooftop with a nice view and excellent food. There was a minor problem checking in. Although I’d booked a Superior room through Expedia, some agency called “Arktur” (yet another middle man) had put me in a Standard Twin. Eventually it was sort of worked out, although the Superior was supposed to have a queen-size bed, and I got a full-size. It wasn’t apparently the hotel’s fault, but it was annoying and took a while to solve.

I liked how they had breakfast in the cafe and still so many choices for my gluten-free diet and always left satisfied and full. It was harder one night to get dinner and had to go to the market because I didn't know they closed before 9 PM but was ok.
