Worst hotel management
"Over water villa room was spacious with nice private pool, but the sewage system underneath the toilet was so poor that we had poo smell in the bathroom since day 1 to day 4, and resort didn't offer any room change. Handheld shower head quality was quite poor and water doesn't come out evenly. Before ..."

"We were two guests in a small room - 1 towel and 1 sheet and no window. Nk water between 11:30-1 on a Friday - ok but should have been given a heads up. Laundry is just washer with no real place to hang dry."

"The deluxe two bedroom apartment was very clean and well-equipped. Very well-located for the airport, and steps away from the beach and shops / restaurants. Staff were very helpful (proactively contacted our onward resort before we even arrived, and arranged return transfer to airport accordingly). ..."
