「Hardware is excellent—modern rooms, solid amenities, comfortable beds, and a decent view. Everything physical works well. Software is a disaster. Check-in took a full hour with zero efficiency or communication. Staff randomly knock on your door at odd hours to wake you up and ban hanging clothes on the balcony. They also slap you with completely wrongful extra charges using flimsy excuses—baseless fees invented out of thin air. This place feels nothing like a proper hotel. If you speak English,...

「NUNCA SIRVIO EL TELEVISOR, TERRIBLE EL DASAYUNO」

「It's the firs hotel in my life that I had to do my own check in on my phone! Including taking a picture of myself for the door to open, while the front desk person was busy playing word finder!!! The towels were dirty and had long hairs on them! I hope Expedia removes this hotel from their listing! And the neighborhood is the scariest I've ever seen!!!」

「Very good place. Easy access to the subway, Clean, security, with paid laundry and a small shop in the building. I love the place, and I will try the other Charlie in the city of Sao Paulo」

「Muito excelente o local, quarto limpinho. Coisas novas, televisor top. Internet top. Cama boa.」

「Agradeço pelo check in antecipado.

「Bem localizado! Check-in fácil e anúncio preciso. 」

「Great location and simple but clean place to stay in the city in a safe building. Communication was a little annoying with automated text messages that kept coming.」
