"Perfect location. Wayyyyy overpriced for Carnivale, but it is, what it is. The sheets were clean, and the pool area has a good vibe. It’s usually a very cheap hotel, and for its usual $50 per night charge, you would accept it. However, for the $600 during carnival however, it’s a hard pill to swallow. "

If lounging by the pool is important to you, please know that the chairs by the pool are dated and in uncomfortable condition. Other than that, a remarkable stay for the cost. The location of the property allowed us easy access to various shopping, food and tourist sites."

"Facility is big but nicely laid out, clean room and great staff. Swimming pool water temperature got very high, they really should invest in water cooling system because the beach is not that great with rocky bottom."

"Air conditioner was horrible, there was an awful sewage smell in one of the rooms. I tried to notify it at the lobby but no one even intended to greet us or ask if we needed anything so we left. Very unhelpful staff. Extreme heat even in the hallways and elevator. Only one disabled parking spot in one of the parking garage floors. There was always someone parked in the disabled space without a permit, and nothing was done to verify this or correct it. "
