A pior experiência que tivemos em Penha, nos colocaram no térreo, no último quarto, não tem rampa de acesso ao local, então precisamos levar as malas erguidas, sem auxio de funcionários, no quarto tinha mofo, lâmpada no chuveiro não funcionava, não havia lixeira no quarto, espelho somente um pequeno e velho no banheiro.

A pousada é bem localizada e o atendimento é excelente. Café da manhã simplesmente sensacional. A única coisa que deixou a desejar foi que o Quarto que ficamos era ao lado da Cozinha e área de café da manhã, portanto o barulho começava bem cedo ao lado da janela do quarto que dava para uma porta externa dessa cozinha, e esse quarto especificamente tinha um banheiro muito estreito.

Desde a recepção, acomodação, café da manhã maravilhoso e fresquinho, tudo impecável, limpeza do quarto, piscina maravilhosa. Os donos são fantásticos, me senti em casa e sempre que puder, voltarei a me hospedar lá. Recomendadíssimo. Sem contar a proximidade de restaurantes, mercado e do próprio parque Beto Carrero, caminhada de 15 minutos no máximo.
