The hotel is a very good deal for the price. It is clean, has an excellent breakfast and the restaurant also has good food. It is in the center of Balneário Camboriú.

This place was awful as far as any amenities for a hotel bar to enjoy. It was closed half the time the location was weird and the lighting was awful.

The hotel is good, the shower is not the best but works, the staff is amazing. The breakfast are not 100% inclusive, some days there’s no gluten free options except for a bread or a tapioca, not even the teas are gluten free, I wish they could have more gluten free options since Brasil have so many things that are gluten free. They could have yogurts gluten free, teas, cakes… except for this, the location is amazing and the staff too.

Hotel extremely crowded. Breakfast was chaotic, there wasn't even anywhere to sit. Garage difficult to access and poor service. The internet was slow and didn't work at various times, and the television didn't work on any channel.

O hotel tem pontos positivos e negativos. Pontos positivos: -O quarto tem um espaço excelente, ótimo banheiro, ótima cama, com uma roupa de banho muito cheirosa e limpa. -O café da manhã é de qualidade, com muita variedade de itens, inclusive com tapioca na hora -A localização do Hotel é excelente! Pontos negativos: Estive no hotel no feriado da consciência negra (meu aniversário) e algumas coisas não foram agradáveis - O Hotel estava super lotado. Nitidamente, o hotel não tinha contingente de colaboradores suficiente para atender todos os hóspedes. Para fazer check in ou resolver qualquer problema, era necessário encarar longas filas. - Os elevadores demoram demais e não comportam o número de hóspedes, então para sair, é necessário sair com tempo. - O estacionamento conveniado ao hotel é extremamente complicado com vagas super estreitas. Algumas vezes foi necessário deixar a chave do carro, pois não havia vagas, e às vezes a demora pro carro chegar era gigantesca. É válido destacar que a diária do estacionamento custava R$ 50,00. - O ar condicionado no meu quarto não funcionou em boa parte do tempo.
