Had a very pleasant stay, perfect location on Av Brasil. The hotel was clean, the beds were comfortable, breakfast was delicious. The mini fridge in the room was well stocked and replenished daily. Highly recommend it.

Inconsistent experience

If you stay in the back of the hotel, the rooms are new and renovated, if you stay in the front building, it's old and ran down. I stayed in the front and it was miserable. The beds were uncomfortable, the bathroom was old, the a air conditioning smelled bad, and the windows were VERY noisy, I could hear everything happening outside. Parking situation is also not ideal, you have to park off-site, but you need to be escorted to the parking building at their own convenience.

Café da manhã básico de hotel, tinham opções de bolos, queijo não tinha mussarela, somente prato e ricota, frutas, cafe, leite etc, porém nos dois dias que ficamos por lá, as opções soram iguais. Quarto confortável, porém a tv, mesmo sendo smart , não era possível acessar a Internet, poucas opções de canais e imagem ruim. Localização excelente para passeios a pé por Balneário Camboriú.

Hotel está pecando em erros desde o check in

Hotel sempre com problemas com falta de agilidade no chek in , não é a primeira vez que fico, porém continua com a mesma ineficiência. Muito demorado e não tinha muita gente somente dois casais. Café da manhã, pelo valor da diária , muito fraco , pão, queijo , presunto , frutas , pão de queijo, ovo e bolo simples . Hoteis com mesmo valores de diária ,estão com se diferenciando nos detalhes , café da manhã é um deles . Falta melhorar a qualidade dos travesseiros, básico cama está ok dentro da qualidade. Fico bastante em vários hotéis em BC, e vocês tem uma localização ótima , mas estão pecando nos detalhes fácil pra investir, que podem ter um diferencial. O que eu poder ajudar estou a disposição.

Horrível,colchão cheirando mofo,tivemos que pedir uns três lençóis pra por em cima,se nossa estadia fosse mais que 4 dias ,estávamos ferrados.Quanto a garagem mesmo tendo manobrista era em outro prédio,um carma,toda vez que precisávamos de algo no carro era uma luta.Funcionario dando palpite na roupa dos clientes e ao invés de perguntar o nome da pessoa se referiu ao meu esposo como Zé,nada contra os Zés,mas a ética passou longe.Resumindo troquem aqueles colchões que a coisa tá crítica.

O hotel tem uma boa estrutura e privacidade com quarto amplo, mas o que acaba sendo péssimo é que a WI-FI é TERRÍVEL! Teste de velocidade não dava nem 5mg/s, tive que usar meus dados móveis. É impossível um hotel nos dias de hoje ofertar um serviço lixo desses de internet. Ruim também é que a cama de casal eram duas de solteiro juntas. A localização é excelente, perto de tudo, mas isso também influencia no barulho dos bares e lanchonetes do calçadão ao lado, mas é um preço a se pagar pela localização. Funcionários foram muito cortezes.
