Boa noite, a quem possa interessar ou a gerência. Entre os dias 04/06 a 07/06, efetuamos uma reserva para minha equipe no hotel “Marjaí” tendo com senha ou lema,”suacasaemitajaí”. Fomos surpreendidos quando chegamos no quarto e aqui inicia nossa saga decepcionante. Quando chegamos a porta estava aberta, porque estava quebrada e não fechava direito, acionei a recepção que pra fechar teve que empurrar com o corpo e forçar para trancar. Quando entramos, notei que não era o mesmo padrão que loquei demonstrado pelo site do hotéis.com. Uma decepção atrás da outra. Quarto mal feito, porta quebrada, único móvel velho, sucateado. Buracos na cabeceira da cama por todo lado, conforme imagens em anexo. Porta do banheiro quebrada, saindo a madeira, teto do banheiro todo mofado, sujo, quebrado e com trincas. Tanto a parte inferior da porta quanto a superior, danificadas e soltando. Rodapé solto e quebrado, pisos mal instalados, um de uma cor e modelo e outros de outras cores e tamanhos distintos. Foi criado um “sóculo” para criar uma infra de esgoto para atender a cuba, mal-feito, mal executado. Serviu para tropeçar o tempo todo nessa base. “ridículo”. Desconfortável, você não tinha espaço nem pra pisar em cima e precisava ficar abaixo e longe da pia. Acento sanitário quebrado, para fazer xixi, precisava segurar a tampa, nojento. O vaso sanitário mal instalado que mal tinha espaço para sentar. Para usar o vaso, precisava sentar de lado porque batia a cabeça na parede da frente. “Meu PAI!”

Quarto com mofo nas paredes, porta do banheiro sem trava, luminosidade entrava no quarto. Espaço entre o vaso e a parede é bem pequeno, eu que tenho 1,75cm fiquei apertado, pessoas maiores com certeza sentarao de lado. Travesseiros muito altos, ao solicitar outro na recepção fui informado que o hotel não dispunha de mais travesseiros. Solicitei cama de casal e fui colocado em um quarto duplo com duas camas de solteiro. Com certeza esse local nao sera opcao novamente.
