A localização do hotel é o meu destaque, porque ela é incrível. Ao lado de restaurantes, pizzarias e sorveterias, alem de ficar em um decorado calçadão charmoso. Top! Equipe cordial e café da manhã muito bom. Local da piscina bem agradável com piscina em si pequena mas muito limpa com água quente. Quarto limpo, sem cheiro de mofo (comum em hotéis litorâneos), camas confortáveis.

No geral o hotel e bom. Pegamos um quarto que tinha algumas questões como cama ué fazia barulho como se tivesse madeira solta, chuveiro demorava pra esquentar, tinha uma extensão solta e não tinham tomadas ao lado da cama (n° 356) se não me engano. Era um quarto bem razoável, mas aí trocamos devido a uma reforma que iniciaram em cima do nosso andar e fomos pra um quarto melhor, já tinha o ambiente mais agradável com coisas mais novas, tinham tomadas decentes e a cama era otima

Muito bem localizado, próximo de vários restaurantes e próximo ao mar. O estacionamento é um pouco difícil, mas tem um manobrista que ajuda a encontrar e estacionar. A piscina aquecida é um diferencial.

Muito boa, ótimo quarto, limpeza em dia e um excelente cafe da manhã. Dica, mesmo no inverno a piscina aquecida é uma boa pedida, até mesmo para as crianças. Obs: ligamos o ar no quente, pós banho, para mater as crianças aquecidas, o ar condicionado estava com um cheiro muito forte!

Bom custo benefício, recepcionistas muito educados

Hotel muito bem localizado, recepcionistas educados e prestativos, café bom, quarto de tamanho adequado, chuveiro ok, mas cama meio desconfortável. O que realmente me fez baixar um pouco a nota, é que nos dois dias pela manhã tinha uma funcionária (não sei se era gerente, dona ou algo do gênero) falando muito alto o tempo inteiro com outros hóspedes conhecidos dela durante o café da manhã, impossível tomar um café tranquilo.

Móvel tia antiga e ar barulhento.

Em si foi não muito agradável, móveis velhos e as camas super duras. Reservamos 1 quarto com cama de casal, mas a princípio eram duas camas de solteiro com alturas diferentes e o ar condicionado fazia um barulho infernal, o que nos fez pedir a troca de quarto ou reparo do aparelho. O hotel optou por nós colocar num quarto quádruplo, que segundo eles seria um Upgrade, mas o mesmo estava sujo e com barata pelo quarto e até um barata morta havia no banheiro.

Tive problema no dia 23.10 não houve limpeza do quarto, retirada do lixo, arrumação da cama, nem troca de toalhas....apesar de eu ter avisado e cobrado a portaria logo depois do almoço.

Dois pontos a melhorar

Apenas dois pontos a melhorar, o chuveiro demora pra esquentar e a janela não tem acústica, como fica bem no centro da pra ouvir todo o barulho da rua, música, risadas, etc .. Ps: Ficamos no segundo andar! A localização é o ponto alto, pertinho do BK, restaurantes, pertinho da praia e do camelódromo ,da pra fazer tudo a pé. O estacionamento do hotel é pago a parte! E tem a taxa de turismo também cobrada por eles, mas no geral foi ótimo.
