The hotel was great. I had a nice view of the beach and a private balcony. There are lots of great restaurants and shops nearby. The room was clean and comfortable and the staff was very helpful. Leonard at the front desk speaks good English and was very helpful with recommending places to eat and also calling for taxis. I can’t wait to visit again.

It is a little ran down, but the location and staff compensate for that more than enough. Cleanliness was ok too. The breakfast service is excellent. Lots of space, you can possibly find a quiet spot to enjoy your meal. Good selection as well - a breakfast at a good Brazilian hotel is hard to beat! About the “soundproof” rooms, mine was not soundproof at all. Despite being on the 10th floor, I could hear every motorcycle and noisy car at Av Atlântica. I had to use the background sounds on the phone in order to get to sleep.

The hotel is old, and you can hear everything from the street and from the hallways. the phone didn't work, the hair blower didn't work, the drainage was very poor and the toilet got clogged. the wifi signal is very poor and once you connect, the internet speed is extremely slow. the staff at the reception do not speak English, there's no coffe machine in the bedroom. the pool is tiny and the elevator doesn't get to that floor, you have to climb a spiral stairs. the gym is a tiny room. very bad experience for such a pricy hotel.

Pontos positivos: cama boa, travesseiros bons, café da manhã perfeito com espumante de cortesía, banheiro limpo, água super regulável, piscina boa, manobrista do estacionamento perfeito também. Pontos negativos: a tal máquina de snacks não existia no lounge, no café da manhã o único defeito é que não tem pra fazer sanduíche ou torrada você tem que solicitar isso, as toalhas são muito pequenas, os sabonetes, Shampoo e condicionador muito RUINS (considerando que é um hotel pé na areia poderiam melhorar MUITO)..

Apto de frente para o mar, conservação ok. Mas tomamos banho frio, mesmo após 5 min. correndo água, e pela porta do apto entra claridade da luz do corredor, que é forte e fica acessa à noite toda. Não é razoável para uma diária de quase mil reais.
