No geral gostei bastante do Hotel, o quarto é espaçoso, só deixou a desejar um pouco na limpeza, mas nada absurdo. O café da manhã bem servido, mas passei cinco dias e todos os dias foram as mesmas coisas, poderiam oferecer pelo menos uma opção diferente a cada dia, Os funcionários da recepção são gentis e prestativos. Recomendo e com certeza irei voltar outras vezes.

Obrigado pelo atendimento.

Gostamos muito dos quartos. Espaçoso. Banheiro limpo e aquele banho quente que agrada muito. Isso sem falar no café da manhã... o melhor que já vimos e experimentamos em hotéis que ficamos. Só sentimos falta de uma água um pouco mais quente na hidromassagem. Ficamos pouco porque sentimos frio. Mas nada que desabone o hotel. Foi em um dia de manutenção e entendemos se este for o motivo. Recomendamos e certamente voltaremos a nos hospedar lá em nosso retorno a BC.

Hotel confortável e bem localizado. O único problema foi a lâmpada do teto e de uma das arandelas que não apagavam totalmente. Pedi para desligarem a do teto e coloquei uma toalha na arandela. Algo bem diferente, mas tentaram resolver. Os funcionários são muito educados e diligentes.
