Very warn and dated. Looks like Ibis may have acquired recently, currently not even close to their standards. Hopefully that changed soon. Breakfast was very good.

Pontos Positivos: Hotel muito bem localizado, atendimento dos funcionários muito bom e educados, café da manhã as comidas que tinham estavam gostosas. Pontos negativos: Quarto com TV antiga, náo smart, pouca opção de canal para assistir, ate os canais abertos eram limitados. Hotel informa oferecer BAR o que nao condiz com a realidade, pois o BAR náo está em uso. Café da manhã poderia ter mais opções. Portanto caso queira fazer algo no Hotel, o Hotel Atobá não te proporcionará nem lazer nas comodidades como o BAR nem entretenimento no quarto.

O hotel é bem localizado, tem bastante opção de refeição, lanche, barzinhos, farmácia e mercado perto. Atendimento do pessoal é ótimo. O ar condicionado estava com problema, o controle não funcionava. O banheiro é muito apertado. Café da manhã é bom.

Quando selecionei o hotel tinga estacionamento, porém qquando cheguei tive de pagar por fora da diária, o que nao achei justo uma vez que na hora da reserva constava estacionamento. Elevadores velhos e oequenos, o que deixava o cliente muito tempo esperando.

Atendimento deixou a desejar

Era impossível falar na recepção do hotel. Solicitei um cobertor quando cheguei ao hotel por volta das 19hrs, e eram quase 22hrs e ninguém havia ido entregar ainda. Não tinha informação no quarto de qual era o número para chamar na recepção. Tive que entrar na internet, olhar o número da rede de hoteis, ligar na central e pedir que fizessem a transferência da ligação para mim via celular.
