Horrível. Quarto muito velho, banheiro dá medo de usar de tão velho e com aspecto de sujo, torneira enferrujada. Café da manhã muito simples e você não pode pedir omelete e tapioca, somente um ou o outro. Estacionamento fica em um terreno abandonado cheio de entulho, parece um pântano. Funcionários pouco solícitos, parecem que não estão ali para trabalhar. Não se engane com as fotos do anúncio, esse hotel está caindo aos pedaços. Há uma escada extremamente perigosa para o andar superior. Não se hospede aqui

Não consegui dormir direto.

Tive dificuldades para dormir, devido ao. Atílio constante e insistente do gotejamento do vaso sanitário. Solicitei a portaria o reparo, mesmo assim além do barulho, a perda grande água no vaso sanitário, perdurou por toda a noite, incomodando em vários momentos o meu descanso. Quando viajamos assim para descansar, escolhemos um hotel sugerido por esse site, por confiança. Portanto, me sinto prejudicado por pagar uma quantia considerável e não ter tido 100% de êxito no objetivo. O apartamento foi o 28

Hotel mal conservado, quarto e principalmente banheiro bem velhos. Atendimento sofrível na recepção e no café da manhã. Único ponto bom é a localização.

A Pousada é bem localizada. É possível ir para o centro e para a praia das Conchas a pé. Porém, o quarto precisa de manutenção na porta que dá acesso à varanda. O banheiro está precisando de uma renovação e as toalhas são muito finas. O café da manhã é modesto, mas atende. O que mais Chamou a atenção foi o semblante dos funcionários, sempre tristes, embora educados.

Itacaré surpreende!

Atende plenamente e a localização éótima! A Piscina surpreendeu e o atendimento muito bom. Voltaríamos com certeza. Itacaré é surpreendente. As melhores Prais são mais longe e com trilha. Elegemos Itacarezinho e Jerubucaçu como as melhores. Mas tem 4 Praias urbanas muito boas. A que não recomendo é a da Concha.

Excelente opção de estadia em Itacaré

Pousada bem agradável e muito bem localização próxima à praia da concha e ao centro. Piscina linda c jacuzzi em meio a uma mata bem bonita e c serviço de bar. Café da manhã completo e todo artesanal. Quarto amplo, confortável. Serviço hospitaleiro. A única crítica é a falta de frigobar no quarto.

Tv com netflix Pontos negativos: Estacionamento para apenas 4 carros. Cama desconfortável, dura,2 camas de solteiros juntas na verdade.Travesseiro super alto,e duro,cobertor com sujeira . O bar ,falta de opções para drinks. Atendimento da recepção, a melhorar. Apenas uma tomada no banheiro 220v ,o restante 110v,sendo que a região é 220v.

A pousada é ok. O custo benefício nem tanto. Por 40 reais a mais você fica na terra boa e tem muito mais conforto, serviço e funcionários simpáticos. Ponto positivo; O pessoal da recepção é 10, são muito simpáticos, me ajudaram em tudo e deixaram eu usar a piscina da outra pousada pois a piscina do hotel estava interditada. O colchão é bem confortável. Ponto negativo: as mulheres que trabalham no café da manhã são pessimas. Só faltavam me matar quando eu pedia uma tapioca. Faltava tudo na cozinha: tomate, queijo… Era muita má vontade. Falta um pouco de capricho no jardim da pousada e no geral.

Valeu o custo benefício, mas o quarto que ficamos tinha um cheirinho de esgoto, ficava muito úmido! Cama desconfortável, travesseiro desconfortável também. Não indico para quem quer descanso e calmaria, a pousada fica sempre lotada, piscina cheia, muita zoada! Mas no geral para dormir e passar no dia na praia vale a pena. Pessoal da recepção excelente!!

Elogios e sugestões para melhoria.

Pontos Positivos: Localização: próximo às praias urbanas, aos restaurantes e comércio local, deu pra fazer tudo à pé; funcionários muito solícitos e educados; quarto com bom tamanho e cama com colchão confortável (boa qualidade), excelente ar condicionado e wifi; hotel próximo a natureza e com paisagismo incrível, parecia estar integrado à natureza; de forma geral foi uma boa hospedagem. Oportunidades de melhorias: tive dificuldades para contatar a pousada por telefone, liguei inúmeras vezes para confirmar a reserva e pra saber indicação de transfer, mas sem sucesso; via whatsapp demoraram pra responder, qndo responderam já estava em viagem e já tinha fechado transfer; café da manhã bem ok pro valor da diária, poderia ser melhor. Nos dias de lotação da pousada, um pouco caótico, espaço do café subdimensionado pra pousada cheia; piscina com bom tamanho pro tamanho da pousada, porém não estava bem limpa, água turva os 4 dias q estivemos na pousada, só vimos limpa no dia do check-out; quarto escuro, falta uma iluminação melhor, também faltou uma escrivaninha com cadeira no quarto (tem espaço), também faltou mesa ou suporte para apoio de malas, o que tem é pequeno e insuficiente para receber uma família com 3 pessoas.
