Although the room was clean and tidy there were things that let it down. Sheets and bedding all smell of smoke, very strong cigarette smell in the room but also kind of everywhere in Istanbul?? Towels had holes in it and walls are very thin, could hear everything and everyone. Would I go again, no! but for the price, what more can I expect. Staff were friendly

Great stay. Was able to order in yummy food by way of reception. Helpful friendly staff. The walls are a little thin, so I recommend earplugs.

Clean and modern. It seems like its all new. The staff is wonderful, welcoming nad helpful. Its 15 minutes from the airport and they arranged my pickup and drop off. Very convenient.

I have no idea how this hotel even has 4 stars. It’s more like a hostel or boutique hotel. Thankfully I only stayed 1 night. It’s not anything nice or luxury and not a place for women. Never again. The staff is kind. The hotel is very run down and ghetto, way over priced for a ratchet hotel.

First to start, the room was not at all what I picked. It had an inclined roof, i am 5.3ft and bumped my head 4 times just to go to the other side of the bed. No duvets or blankets provided even when asked for one, the staff said they don’t carry a blanket!!! What??? The breakfast was one plate with lattice and some other veggies not fresh, one egg, nothing hot or warm. No extra protein of any kind. Over all, i don’t recommend this hotel to anyone!
