This was our third visit staying on this hotel and as always the service has been excellent. Always making us feel at home and we feel more like a friends than customer. All staff are very friendly and accommodating, specially Sam. The room is spacious and very clean. Near the Bosphorus River. Close to Taksim and Galata Port. A two-minute walk to the train and bus station. I really recommend this place.

The Room/bathroom was clean, air conditioning was there but preferred open windows, great location for transport; easy access to town, great place for breakfast Just a minute away. If you prefer Starbucks / it’s 3 min away too. Best of all the stuff is so nice and friendly and helpful, you couldn’t ask for more!

Absolutely incredible hotel. It’s so convenient to the cruise port, walkable to bridge to mosques. But what tops this hotel is the service. The staff are amazing, so nice, friendly, accommodating, they make you feel like family. Sam was the nicest, sweetest man and made us feel like the hotel was like home. They have a cute little colony of cats they take care of which was so lovely. This hotel is too notch. Do not hesitate to book this wonderful place.

We had a fantastic stay at Union Port Hotel. Staff was extremely kind and helpful, our room was spotless and large and frequently cleaned. Very easy and short walk to the waterfront and Galata port, with easy access to taxis and public transportation. Not too far from Taksim but the walk is uphill. Not a complaint by any means because it’s still a short 15 minute walk just something to be aware of. Absolutely loved our stay and would definitely stay here again.

First time in Turkey and grateful we stayed in Union Hotel Port for couple of days. As soon as we arrived, lady staff was so pleasant, nice, friendly and accommodating. All of them stand out, excellent and top notch with each own expertise of work. Sam was one of them. He was very helpful on our last day by assisting our transportation to the port. He was really a great entertainer not only to our group but also to other guests. The room was small but it was clean. No opportunity to avail the amenities. Thank you Union Hotel employees, keep it up the great work! You all rock!

The location was nice and the rooms were nice; but what really sets this hotel apart is the service! Sam went out of his way every day to make our stay comfortable - from coffee in the morning to recommending places to visit to making reservations for us.

Reasonable 3 star hotel. My room was very small and shaded by trees. On Monday morning it was very noisy from a school yard next door, followed by construction. Service is friendly and nice. Value for money is ok.
