The hotel is between two metro stops so it's easy to get to the attractions in sultanahmet... It's in the neighborhood of karakoy which is an amazing place with lots of restaurants, bars and cafe's... The room was facing a busy road which was quite noisy into the early hours but generally a good room with a powerful shower... Recommend eating at bance tantuni which is just outside the hotel

Poor service AC is not working properly, cannot control temperature and keeps shutting down every 4-5hours They didn’t do anything to solve Upon checking out I requested cart to take bags out They told me no one is available only one staff working at that time 6 am and didn’t do anything Will never even think to go back or recommend to anyone

Stayed for a week it has a great location for getting to the Old City and other activities. Staff were helpful and polite, room clean with daily room servicing. Breakfast was included and had a good choice of different food including some hot choice. Would stay again or recommend to others to use this good value hotel.

Satisfied with my stay

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The location is excellent — everything you need is close by, including tram and bus stations, as well as a great selection of restaurants. The staff were very friendly and helpful throughout our visit. We were given a lovely, peaceful room on the 5th floor, which was quiet and perfect for a good night's sleep and also includes the terrace. The breakfast was splendid, offering a wide variety of fresh and tasty options. Overall, a great experience and I’d definitely stay here again.

Clean. Good location BUT!!! They have serious issue with electricity. 2 out 3 days we have no electricity in the building.at night. No solution was offer. Only we sorry “is a city problem.” But all the building around was fine
