Overall, it was a comfortable stay at Superior Living Başakşehir. The room was clean and well-maintained, and the environment felt calm and safe. The staff was very friendly and helpful, especially Muhemmet, Furqan, and Faisal, who treated us with great kindness and made our stay even more enjoyable. The facilities were decent and suitable for a short stay. The location is a bit far from the main tourist areas, but it’s a good option if you prefer a quiet place away from the busy city. In terms of value for money, it’s a solid choice, and I would consider staying here again.

My stay at The Superior Living Batisehir was excellent. The area around the property is safe, quiet, and very convenient with easy access to shopping and transportation. The apartment was clean, modern, and comfortable, making my 3-night stay very enjoyable. A special thanks to Emre, Elif, and Veysel for their warm hospitality and professional support throughout my stay – they truly made the experience even better. I would definitely recommend this property to anyone visiting Istanbul and will happily return in the future.

The apartment was wonderful, and spacious with the comforts of home including a kitchen and washing machine. The level of service, cleanliness, and professionalism exceeded my expectations. The staff were incredibly polite and accommodating, always ensuring that I was comfortable and satisfied throughout my stay. ‏The restaurant service was equally impressive—every meal was delicious, fresh, and prepared to perfection. I found myself ordering from their menu daily because the quality was consistently excellent. ‏I would like to extend my special thanks to Mr. Cihan and Mr. Barış for their exceptional hospitality. Their kind and attentive approach truly made my stay even more memorable. They went above and beyond to ensure my satisfaction, and I greatly appreciate their efforts. ‏I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and enjoyable experience. Great room, clean. Amensitues like sauna, stem room worked very poorly. Customer service average. Didn’t feel welcomed The room has a kitchen but no plates, no silverware, no kitchen pots to warm up anything, only few glasses. Checking the room before you leave the hotel left a bad taste in my mouth. I find it disrespectful

Amazing and clean rooms, lobby is very clean and smells good and a nice pool. The staff were super helpful and very friendly especially Emre,Furkan and Veysel who helped us through out our stay. One negative part of our stay is the Lebanese restaurant. The food is great but the manager cheated me, I paid him 100 US dollars. . It’s not a big deal but I don’t like when someone takes advantage of me. . We were eating there breakfast lunch and dinner. After that day I never went in there again. He lost my business over 200 liters. He would have made way more than that in the 3 weeks we stayed in the hotel. Overall and amazing stay and a great place to feel like home. I still gave the hotel 5 stars because they deserve it. But that restaurant doesn’t!

I stayed at this property for more than 20 days, extending my original 10-day reservation with another 10 days. When you travel for work and stay this long, you want more than just a hotel room—you want a place that feels like home. That is exactly why I chose these serviced apartments. The apartment itself was excellent: spacious, comfortable, clean, and well-equipped. I have absolutely no complaints about the accommodation. Unfortunately, the service did not match the quality of the apartments. Housekeeping is supposed to be provided every three days, but after five days nobody had cleaned my apartment until I went to reception to ask about it. The water policy was also unusual. Bottled water was only provided if I specifically requested it, rather than being replenished automatically. I was staying with my son, so we needed four towels. Only two were delivered, and requesting the additional towels felt like I was asking for something extraordinary. This was disappointing for a property of this standard. I also experienced several situations where some reception staff seemed unwilling to help guests. However, I would like to make one very important exception. Mr. Muhammed and Mr. Furkan at the reception were outstanding. They were professional, friendly, patient, and genuinely cared about resolving guests' problems. They made a real difference during my stay. I hope the hotel management reads this review. The apartments deserve a very high rating, but the overall gu
