Room size average with basic facility and does not meet the expections of 5 star. Taps, shower in the bathroom old and stained. Room walls discoloured and needs attention. Bathroom size small. Refrigerator in the room was not properly cleaned. Breakfast has variety of choice. Staff friendly and helpful. Special thanks to Mr Mordan Coshier in the restaurant for making us comfortable. Must try spa and hammam. Gym and swimming pool nice. This hotel is far from the main tourist attractions so not a great option if you are planning to visit asian or european side attractions.

We asked them to fix air-conditioner, they offered us to open window and doors to balance the heat in the room due to broken air-conditioner. It was around 27 Celcius during day and night and I was surprised how they were so good at keeping the heat in that level.

The hotel is good with the price I paid for. You must have a car to get around since the neighborhood is a bit downgrade. Not walkable for sure. However, I had a car and it was very easy for park and ride. The breakfast buffet is ok or may be substandard. I like it though.

Memorable experience

It was a memorable experience to stay in Bostanci Green Park Hotel. The customer service of hotel staff was superb. The room was always neat and attentively stocked with bathroom toiletries. Their food variety during breakfast was delectable and always fresh. I enjoyed the coffee a lot. Overall, I enjoyed staying in that hotel and will highly recommend it.

We stayed 3 nights in this hotel. Breakfast was not included, pool wasn't working - they told us, that it is winter, but outside was 24 degrees. The air conditioner was very old in the room and it didn't work properly, it was very hot in the room. We tried to sleep with open window, but it was very noisy outside, there was soccer field below and there were games every night, soccer players were shouting, etc. We asked for transfer to the airport, as they are offering it, and also to wake us up in this morning, but no one called, and when we asked in the morning about where is a transfer, no one knew anything about it. We end up can a taxi, when taxi came and drive us away, they call the driver and told him to return us to hotel, that the transfer came. Absolutely it's a big mess there.

I booked this hotel expecting to get a good night’s sleep before a long flight back to the US, but it’s been the exact opposite. On my first night, a loud Turkish wedding went on late into the night—earplugs barely helped. Tonight, as of 00:03, music from another event is still blasting, and staff told me it won’t end until 2:00 AM. Reception didn’t answer multiple calls. The customer service rep claimed they’d call the hotel to stop the music, but nothing happened. The only “solution” offered by the receptionist was to change my room—completely impractical with six suitcases I need to pack in the morning. There’s been zero accountability or concern for guests who need rest. I’m left exhausted before an early international flight. If you value peace, quiet, and competent service, look elsewhere.

Staff was ok but the manager or the wanna be manager at reception is very unprofessional towards fellow co-workers. Desc: 50s 177cm short white hair. Eye glasses. 80kg. Wanted to go to the pool and found out they charge hotel customers also. Which is ridiculous. I'll sleep in a rental car but not here ever again.

It's an okay hotel in a neighborhood away from tourist areas and convenient amenities, though you can walk to the subway in about 13 minutes. The hotel is in the middle of an area known for auto manufacturing, and some of the shops have workers making noise all throughout the night. Our room had a worn-out floor, and our bed had a worn-out boxspring. There was no air conditioning in the room, and even with the windows open, we couldn't get it below 28°C. You have to pay to use the pool and gym equipment. If you choose to stay here, I recommend spending the extra money on Expedia to purchase the daily breakfast buffet, otherwise it can be very expensive.
