Just OK

Location wise the hotel was ideally suited. I stayed in a "Luxury" room but the saying is, you pay for what you get. I would of at least expected curtains on all windows so save daylight coming through when sleeping and it just didn't feel "Luxury", I would have been better in a standard room. The Bath was huge which was nice but no shower and just needs some general maintance around the edges. The room was big with a separate living/working area and Wi-Fi was good.

Very poor

The stay was catastrophe. To start with the room was ok .. had a separate living room as it was part of the deluxe room facilities provided however we never saw the sofa bed had a log sofa which didn't open itself into a bed so to say the room consist of a king bed which is only a double bed is misleading. The room was facing the road which is all noisy until 3am and makes if hard to rest at night even though I asked a quiet peaceful room I was given this one don't ask me why ? The room had cracked windows which needs repairing asap as it's a health and safety issue and gives you the feeling of being unsafe. The TV in the room doesn't work at all even though there's 2 remote control nothing worked The bathroom is an absolute nightmare and catastrophic with the bathtub constantly leaking of water when you have a shower and the minute you come out of it you feel you've landed on a low tide coast .. this can be life threatening as you have to be extra careful not to slip otherwise you can break your bones esp if you are travelling with kids biggest nightmare which was mine as an adult . The overflowing water wets the toilet seat and the sink and it's absolute nightmare I was having to clean them with towels and even they were soaking wet .. I reported it to the reception maintenance came with no English speaking and translated it's normal as it will drain but it doesn't cos it's flooded . Shower head needs changing as well as toilet paper holder disgusting state broken

Otele giriş yapıtığımızda verilen ilk oda kanalizasyon kokuluydu üstelik sifon da çalışmıyordu. Oda değişikliği talep ettik başka bir odaya alalım dediler. O odaya çıkan asansör çalışmıyordu. Hijyen konusunda çok büyük problemleri vardı neyse dedik. Ama gece yarısı yan odadan gelen gürültüyle neye uğradığımızı şaşırdık. Resepsiyonu aradık ama asla çözüm bulmadılar. Asla tavsiye etmiyorum. Paranızı çöpe atmış olursunuz.

Me quede unos días solo en este hotel y la verdad es que estoy contento ya que pagué un buen precio por la zona que estaba. Lo principal que valore fue la zona. La habitacion era espaciosa, tenia una mini sala, la habitacion de buen tamaño y el baño bien pero esperaba el baño mas espacioso. Tenia AC en la sala por lo que habia que tener las puertas abiertas para que llegara el aire a la habitación. El staff muy amable, me ayudaron con todo y con la lavandería. La zona fue muy buena, tienes de todo cerca, restaurantes, cafes, tiendas, etc. me volvería a quedar aquí. Me cambiaron las sabanas y toallas todos los días que esa era una preocupación que tenia de otros comentarios. Para una estadía económica esta es una buena opción.

İğrenç bir odaydı. Deluxe dedikleri oda çok küçük. Çarşaflar kirli odalar havasız tv bozuk duş çok çok küçük lavaboda el yıkamak bile çok zor. Tuvalet kağıdı yenile yoktu kendimiz aldık.

KAKERLAKEN IN DER UNTERKUNFT!!!! Wir hatten bereits beim Check-in Probleme, da unsere Buchung angeblich von Expedia nicht weitergegeben wurde. Fast zwei Stunden ist man uns trotz freier Zimmer und bereits bezahltem Zimmer nicht entgegengekommen. Erst nach dem wir den Hotelbesitzer persönlich telefonisch „terrorisiert“ haben, hat man uns schlussendlich die Schlüssel in die Hand gedrückt. Das Zimmer war heruntergekommen und gerade so auszuhalten. Für den Preis hatten wir keine grossen Erwartungen. Bereits am selben Abend hatten wir aber Kakerlaken im Zimmer, die aus dem Abfluss der Dusche herauskamen. Auch hier ist man uns nicht entgegengekommen und hat es als „normal“ bei den Wetterbedingungen verkauft. Wir hatten das Zimmer für 4 Nächte gebucht und sind nach der zweiten Nacht abgereist, da es nicht auszuhalten war.

benim için en önemli şey temizlik. otel odası temizdi. küçük bir oda fakat kisa konaklamalar için ideal. merkezi konumda, beşiktaş meydana yürüyerek 5 dakika. park yeri mevcut değil. beni memnun etti. The most important thing for me is cleanliness. hotel room was clean. It is a small room but ideal for short stays. centrally located, 5 minutes on walk from Beşiktaş Square. parking is not available. made me happy

Otel Beşiktaş çarşıda, yürüyerek rahatlıkla toplu taşımaya ulaşabilirsiniz. Otel çalışanı güler yüzle karşıladı. Biz küçük bir odada kaldık. Biraz iç karartıcı duruyor ama konfor konusunda hiç eksiklik hissetmedik. Klima da vardı. Yalnızca yatmadan yatmaya gideceğim diyorsanız kesinlikle tavsiyedir.
