Our spacious, modern, and remarkably quiet room was a delightful surprise, considering the contentious staff and the hotel’s sturdy construction. The location was superb, with shopping, restaurants, banks, and historical sites within walking distance. For the first time, we were accommodated in two twin beds instead of a king-size bed, but it turned out to be no issue. The comfortable mattress, bedding, and pillows, coupled with the blackout drapes and the generally quiet ambiance, made it an enjoyable experience. What truly made our stay unforgettable was the exceptional team we encountered. They were incredibly kind and generous with their time, always eager to assist us whenever we needed it.

We enjoyed the spacious room with plenty of storage area. The room was clean and having a smart TV is a plus. There is no elevator, but our host helps us with the luggages and walking up and down doesnt feel too strenuous. The hotel is walking distance to all the main attraction in old town. Highly recommended.

Check in was really easy, the staff were very welcoming, kind and helpful. The room was really lovely - big, clean and well stocked with everything you might need. The big bed was amazingly comfy so we slept really well and we appreciated the comfortable couch too. Linens were changed daily if required. The breakfast was fresh, very tasty and prepared with care. Although the hotel is on a busy street it's situated really close to parks and squares and the area felt very safe. The Blue Mosque and Haga Sophia are only 2 streets away. We really enjoyed our stay at Royan Suites and would absolutely recommend this hotel to anyone. There is no lift but I believe there's a ground floor room available. Thanks for looking after us and making our stay in Istanbul so welcoming and comfortable.

El hotel tiene una ubicación privilegiada con la zona histórica, caminando llegas al Gran bazar, el bazar de las especias, las principales mezquitas, todo el lado histórico lo haces caminando. Lo cual es genial ya que no gastas en transporte. El personal del Hotel es sumamente amable, yo no domino a la perfección el inglés y me tuvieron paciencia incluso hasta me dieron un Mapa y la tarjeta del transporte de Estambul para poder moverme hacia la parte moderna. La habitación que elegí fue una suite el tamaño es bueno por el precio pagado. El hotel es pequeño y da la impresión de no ser bueno por la fachada, sin embargo, el personal, la ubicación y la habitación lo hacen una excelente opción. Se me olvidaba mencionar que ofrecen desayuno turco y huevos al gusto. Excelente Hotel, sin duda lo volvería elegir. Gracias a todo el personal que siempre fue amable y nos apoyó durante la estancia.
