The hotel is very clean and Mustafa in the reception was very helpful. The location is good but it’s hard to reach the Taksim square on foot because of the uphill streets.

The hotel is very pleasant - for this price it’s a really good deal, and the location is close to the city center and many activities. The staff are wonderful and always ready to help, which made the stay even more enjoyable. The only downside is that leaving the hotel on foot is a bit inconvenient, as you have to walk along the roadway. Also, it would be great if the café on the second floor could be open for guests, since it is currently closed to outsiders.

Wir haben glücklicherweise ein Upgrade bekommen, da sonst unsere Koffer nicht ins Zimmer gepasst hätten. Das Personal war ganz nett, aber unser Zimmer war schrecklich. Von der Toilette kam ständig ein unaushaltbarer Gestank, die Heizung ging nicht und unser Zimmer wurde nicht ein einziges Mal geputzt, obwohl wir 11 Nächte in dem Hotel verbracht haben.

Otele vardığımızda görevli olan personel son derece nazik ve yardımseverdi, park yeri konusunda da yardımcı oldular. Odalar çok temizdi. Abbiamo alloggiato in questo nuovo albergo per 10giorni , perché era nelle vicinanze delle nostre esigenze , e siamo rimasti molto soddisfati. Il primo giorno che siamo arrivati, c è stato un piccolo inconveniente con la luce della camera, hanno provveduto subito a darci un altra camera più grande di quello che avevamo prenotato . Camere nuove e pulitissime e soprattutto il bagno che per noi è la prima cosa importante. Personale molto disponibile , cordiale e sorridente. Abbiamo dovuto stare più giorni a Istanbul per le nostre esigenze , e abbiamo deciso di rimanere sempre in quest albergo , perché tutto per noi era perfetto!
