Great hotel

Although I read other review praising this hotel, I was not sure whether it would match my expectations due to a lot of disappointing experiences elsewhere in Istanbul. Luckily, my stay was much better than expected. I loved the hotel staff, their professionalism and willingness to help. Breakfast was decent. The area around hotel is quite at night and its location is very convenient for commute, including a metro stop not far away. Great experience overall and I highly recommend it to other travelers. Cheers!

I never write reviews, this made me do it. If I can give 0star I would, we arrived from Canada 12 hours flight, and we wasn’t able to sleep all night. We heard a man beating up his girlfriend she was crying telling him to stop and costumer services did do anything, we called them 2 times because we couldn’t sleep. I was scared and terrified my heart was jumping, you hear other voices, you can even hear people peeing from up stairs and flushing the toilet that’s how noisy it is, I wasn’t able to sleep all night, we had to find another place and they didn’t refund our money. Please save your money and stress don’t use this hotel.

stay at your risk

first night i got there, they gave me a room and when i walked in i almost die from smell. i could not breath and i had to open all the window. it was lat so i stay there and next day i ask for another room. they had much better room but still bad smell came from old pipe. the hotel was a old building but they renovated to some point but it need alot of work specially the pipe system it is not a 4 star hotel, i would rated 2 1/2 star. later on first night, the nocking the door and a working girl at my room. i said is a wrong room and sent her away. breakfast also 2 star

Très bon séjour en Famille

L’accueil et la réception c’est bien passé nous avons juste dûs, bien leur montrer la réservation pour leur prouver le nombre de chambre réservé et réglé. Par la suite nous avons put profitez des suites familiales propres et soignées. Très bien équipé pour les familles avec enfants en bas âge. Pour le nettoyage quotidien et changement des drap se rapprocher de la réception. Seul bémol! Les joint de douche un peu noir. Les réceptionnistes sont très pro et aidant. Le petit déjeuné Turque est varié servie comme un buffet continental. Le personnel du petit déjeuné était adorable un GRAND MERCI à AÏTEN, MERDAN et leur collègue d’Afrique vraiment ils ont rajoutés une touche affectueuse à notre séjour. Bien situé dans un quartier pas trop cher! Très très très bon rapport qualité prix

Normalde 5 gün kalacaktım ama oteli görüp öyle geri kalan günleri rezerve edecektim. İyi ki bu şekilde karar almışım otel odası ile görselde paylaşılan oda alakasız tek kişilik yatak yerler toz içinde kısacası kesinlikle tavsiye etmem.

Hiç kimse gitmesin berbattı gittiğimde berbat bir resepsiyon çalışanı vardı ve resepsiyonda bikadınla bir erkek pazarlık yapıp odaya çıktı şok oldum ve otelde kalmadım hemen kendime başka otel rezervasyonu yaptım oraya gittim ve ayrıca mağduriyetimi ve paramı iade etmediler kalmadığım otele para verdim zaten şaşırmadım otel zaten başlı başına berbattı odalar kokuyor resmen ahır gibiydi ‼️😡😡😡🤬hem param gitti hem tatilim berbat oldu bookingde bana yardımcı olmadı ben yandım kimse yanmasın uyarıyorum sakın tercih etmeyin ne bir aile oteli nede düzgün bir insanın kalabileceği otel Nobody should go, it was awful when I went, there was a terrible receptionist and a man at the reception made a bargain with a woman and came to the room I was shocked and I did not stay at the hotel I immediately booked another hotel for myself I went there and they also did not refund my victimization and money I paid for the hotel I did not stay I was not surprised the hotel was already terrible in itself the rooms smell like a barn ‼️😡😡😡🤬 both my money is gone and my holiday was ruined, it didn't help me in booking, I got burned, I warn you, don't choose it, don't choose it, neither a family hotel nor a hotel where a decent person can stay🤬‼️‼️‼️
