We stayed at Miss City Hotel Taksim from May 14–19, 2026. The location is convenient if you want to be close to Taksim Square and public transportation, and most of the staff were friendly, helpful, and welcoming. They did their best to assist us throughout our stay. Unfortunately, there were several significant drawbacks. The room was extremely small, with very limited space for two people and luggage. Our room faced a busy street, and the noise continued throughout the night, making it very difficult to get a good night's sleep. The breakfast was disappointing. The selection was very limited and the overall quality was below what we expected for a hotel in this price range. The biggest disappointment was the manager's attitude. While the hotel staff were kind and professional, the manager came across as rude and unhelpful when we raised concerns. Overall, the hotel has a good location and friendly staff, but because of the tiny rooms, constant street noise, poor breakfast, and the manager's attitude, I would likely choose a different hotel for my next visit to Istanbul.

Couldn't ask better treatment I received from the management and staff. Me, my wife and three kids had a very good time. The cleaners are always cleaning the eating area and all the amenities. Would definitely stay again when I visit.

We had a very pleasant stay at this hotel. Everything was very clean and tidy, and the staff were friendly and welcoming. The breakfast was delicious. Our room was clean. The only small downside was that the room wasn’t very well equipped with sanitary items, which would have made the stay even better. Overall, a great experience and I would recommend it.

Cozy,peaceful place 100 meters from Taksim street.Breakfast incl.,not abundant ,rather spartan,but OK to start a day with. When I am in Istanbul next time I will stay there again because of shopping,transportation vicinity.
