It is more than just a hotel, it is a home & a sanctuary where both the owners treat you like family. They are very kind hearted, passionate & caring humans. Extremely friendly staff who did their best to make my stay comfortable, warm and clean room and bathroom. However, the hotel building was old (and has no lift) and located in an old area (not exactly in istanbul center but still near -about 3 to 4 km- and there is a public transport station near the hotel (bus)). No such tourist flow that is usually seen in the center nor much shops can be found as the area is more of residential rather than touristic. Even the few nearby markets close earlier as compared to center. It was somehow hard to find the hotel as well. And for people who fear dogs, they own one that stays sitting at the reception and breakfast area all the time (was polite and lovely one though). After all, I enjoyed my stay and was really impressed the way that the staff made everything smooth and comfortable (helping with bags, advised regarding places to visit, and arranged me a comfortable van that drove me to airport). They were really great.

Sehr nettes Personal, sehr zuvorkommend und hilfsbereit. Zimmer sind gross und zu diesen Preisen in Ordnung. Kein Aufzug, dass ist recht ungünstig wenn man im 3.ten Stock ist. Aber in Grossen und Ganzen alles Ok.

موقع الفندق للاسف غير جيد في منطقة شعبيه ولا يصلح للعوائل .. الطاقم جيد ومتعاون بذات الرجل الموجود في الاستقبال جدا متعاون .. لا يووووووووجد اصنصير والمكيف مايبرد

Very good! It is not a 5 star palace, but perfect for my stay. Great hospitality, simple and good breakfast, and perfect location. Stable WiFi.

とても親切にしていただきました。空港までの送迎も安心して利用できます。長距離バスのチケットを購入するとき手伝ってもらいました。エレベーターはなく階段ですが、スーツケースも持ってくれました。隣に長距離バスの会社、その隣に薬局があります。メトロはハリチ駅が近いのですが15分くらい歩きます。バス停は近いのでバスを利用すると良いと思います。

Ett bra hotell för resenärer med lågbudget

Hotellet ligger på promenadavstånd från centrum. Jag kände till omgivningen och jag blev inte besviken. Vid ankomsten redogjorde receptionisten ganska utförligt för mig om vad och hur man kan göra i närheten. Detta har aldrig hänt mig förut och jag upplevde det som väldigt positivt.

Aile ile kalmaya uygun değil otel çok pis

Muhit olarak kocamustafapaşa bölgesinde ve bina baya eski ve bakımsız. İzmirden geldiğim için açıkçası bir bilgim yoktu ve puanları bakarak geldim. Otel bir kere otel değil. Daha çok Hostel denilebilir. Odalar maalesef çok pis, örtülerin her yeri leke. Yüksek puanına aldınız geldim açıkçası çok da ucuz değildi. Fiyatı duyan taksiciler bile şaşırdı. Çalışanların iyi niyetli ve yardımsever davranışlarına rağmen bunu yazmak zorundayım. Özellikle aile olarak kalacaksanız tercih etmeyiniz

Tek Kelimeyle Mükemmel.

Genel olarak çok iyi. Hizmet 10 numara. Temizlik iyiye yakın biraz daha özenli olabilir. Konfor ve otelin durumu mükemmel. Bölge olarak Fatih Camiine 20 dakika yürüme mesafesinde. Sultan Ahmet’e 20 dakikada araçla ulaşılıyor. Uber programı çok yardımcı olacaktır. Ucuz taksi isteyenler bu programı indirebilir. Otel müdürü Vural beye çok çok teşekkür ederiz. Bir daha İstanbul’a gidersek kesinlikle yine Lotus Hotel.

Номер грязный, грязь везде. Полы не моют, обои на стенах грязные и ободранные. Пятна на постельном белье, постельное белье не меняют (за 6 дней!). Грязные, рваные шторы на окнах. Шкафы без дверей, шкафчики с обломанными ручками. Грязные батареи отопления. Сейф не работает. Из четырех ламп (бра) только одна работает. Есть душевая кабина, горячая вода, шампунь, мыло, полотенца два больших и два маленьких (на всех 4-х человек), фен, Wi-Fi. Завтрак абсолютно одинаковый все 6 дней: яичница, две дольки колбасы, две дольки сыра, две помидорки, кофе 3 в 1 или чай. Вывески гостиницы нет, найти можно только по навигатору и по фотографии фасада. По-русски говорит только одна работница гостиницы (подает завтрак). Когда её нет, то придется изъясняться на английском, турецком или жестами. Отель расположен в стороне от основных достопримечательностей Стамбула (примерно 3-4 км), поэтому придется пользоваться транспортом города: автобусами, скоростными трамваями, метро. Рекомендую сразу в аэропорту на входе в метро купить проездной билет. Неплохой район для тех, кто хочет увидеть жизнь простых турков в старой части Стамбула. узкие улочки, небольшие кафе, ресторанчики и магазины, в которых цены значительно дешевле, чем в туристических районах Стамбула.

Семья с 7-ми летним ребенком

Несмотря на то, что отель не новый, всё решает внимательное отношение хозяина к клиентам отеля. Удобная постель для отдыха после прогулки по городу, тишина ночью, сытный завтрак. Район очень удобный и недорогой. Совсем близко два супермаркета, пекарня. Две недели проживания питались в кафе, которым владеют женщины (по этой же улице), очень вкусная, разнообразная домашняя кухня.Проживанием остались очень довольны))))

Awesome people very bad maintenance

Arrived at the worst hotel I have ever seen. Wrinkled gold bedding and curtains very grubby did not want to take my shoes off did not want to touch anything. Toilet absolutely disgusting. Talked to the manager and he suggested their other hotel. What they lack in cleanliness and condition was made up by very helpful and kind service. Truly nice people. The 2nd place was really an apartment and not an hotel room. It was better more modern and had a beautiful view. Very dusty could draw pictures on the dust on the bed head board. Toilet was badly stained. But again the guy who managed the place was just so kind friendly and helpful. I would stay at the second place again. But I would not pay 200 tl and Ill scrub it down. There where some major water leaks everywhere. Broken balcony door, broken bed. Although the place obviously was renovated recently the maintenance needs improvement. Its sad really because Alp was such a nice man. On a different note. If you are walking with luggage its really not possible to walk to the hotel. Its a main road with no side walk and its grueling. Take a taxi from the metro station and all is fine.

Do not let pictures trick you . you will not find what you see. once i arrived they gave me a room on the fifth floor , i would not recommend it to an animal , it is NOT for human being. an d they told my brother that they do not have a room for him. after discussion , they gave my brother a room with three beds. and they told me to cancel if i do not like, how to do that from turkey and i am from USA. i had to accept to sleep in my brother room and they charged us for both rooms, No breakfast was available.
