Nice hotel but it is almost isolated and not easy to move to the city specially for short or limited time visitors . I rather prefer other location with more accessibility.

Nice hotel, located on the river front and everything is walking distance. Also a great location to stay in if you are planning to get the shuttle bus to and from the hotel, as the stop is on the same road. So no having to get a cab to hotel or dragging your luggage up steep hills!

The location was excellent, and the staff were polite and welcoming, except for the staff at the breakfast buffet. Also, there was no tissue paper in the room. Otherwise, everything was great!

The lobby is clean and updated. The Panoramic Premium Room I got room 209 was not clean and smell funky. The shower and bathroom was moldy and the housekeeper crew was no where to be found. I paid in advance for this 4 star hotel although it conveniently located the rooms are sub par.

Overlooking the Bosphorus, just steps from Hagia Sophia. The hotel is truly beautiful, right on the seafront and the promenade, with a back exit for quick access to the city center. The breakfast served in the restaurant overlooking the sea was excellent... we also used it in the evening because it was cheaper than the tourist restaurants nearby and the quality was much higher. The location also offers a more peaceful and relaxing atmosphere in the evenings than the restaurant terraces. It's also important to note that everything is sheltered from the wind, which is practically always blowing here. I'd also say the reception staff and the entire staff were excellent. A truly wonderful hotel.

When we arrived at the hotel, the room which we selected wasn't as ideal as possible, so the reception team pulled out all the stops to make our visit as special as possible. We found the hotel to be clean and well managed. The breakfast was lovely with plenty of choice to cater for various taste and the waitress staff were also very attentive.
