Overall our stay at Kadirga was good! Our first night was stressful, as we found the washroom in our room to have several issues (broken sink faucet, and a leaking shower head). Hotel staff relocated us the next morning to a different room, which we appreciated. All other nights were good. The hotel itself is rather small, but rooms are spacious. As the hotel is within the neighbourhood, the sounds of traffic & people on the major roads are not audible. Breakfast was included with our stay. The kitchen/dining area is small, but the breakfast selection is good and plentiful. The hotel itself is close to Sultanahmet. The Blue Mosque is about a 10-15 minute walk. The neighbourhood itself is quite hilly, with uphill and downhill cobblestone roads, which makes the walk feel much longer than it actually is. There are many restaurants, stores, and lounges in the area to explore, and most are open well past midnight. Staff were kind and helpful throughout our stay, we enjoyed our time at Kadirga!

★☆☆☆☆ Misleading and Disappointing Stay This hotel was a major letdown. It was advertised as a three-star property, but in reality, it's barely a one-star at best. The pictures and descriptions on the website were completely misleading — nothing looked like what was shown online. The property is poorly managed, with very little attention to cleanliness, comfort, or guest experience. Basic resources were lacking — from toiletries to clean linens — and it felt like the staff was either overwhelmed or simply not trained to handle guest needs properly. For what we got, this place shouldn't be charging not more than $25 a night. It was so bad that we end up leaving and booked another hotel the same day.

I don't recommend this hotel because they don't put shampoo, toilet paper, tv don't work, They call a taxi for us they give wrong airport information we almost miss our fly, plus we have to paid the taxi driver to take us to the right airport. Was bad bad experience.

It’s a small hotel, the room was ok. There was no hand wash, no shower gel but 2 bottles of shampoo. Breakfast was limited food options and there were flies on the food. The food was not covered. I book a family room for 4 nights, when I check in they told me for the last night we have to move from that room. They needed to do some work in the room and offered 2 rooms. I had no choice but to accept the offer. We had to pack everything one day early which I really didn’t like and rooms were in different floors. In the afternoon of that day, we saw 4 men getting in that room. I was so angry, they had double booked our room. It was the last day and I didn’t have time to argue with them. Overall not nice experience.

Неудовлетворен обслуживанием! Не меняли полотенца, стены тонкие (в первый день за стеной были слышны ужасные крики и плач в час ночи) Обратились на ресепшн но были только высмеяны и проигнорированы. Не советую данное место! Человечности в этих людях не найти! Советую лучше брать заведение через дорогу.

Месторасположение удобное, очень приятный персонал, номер приятный, все достопримечательности рядом в пешей доступности, единственное, что он немного внизу и подниматься вверх нужно, чтоб выйти в город.. Уборка ежедневная, единственное -протекала душевая кабина. Но, учитывая стоимость и месторасположение, это был наилучший вариант.

The rooms were nice. However they were not clean. I was most disappointed with the customer service. After a day out me and my family returned to the hotel of which we were informed by a lady that she wanted to speak with us. She said to put our bags away and come back down as she needed to wait for her friend. We went back down to reception waiting for her friend to turn up. However in that time she listed problems we had apparently created. The first problem was that upon our arrival, we experienced a problem communicating with the taxi driver and she wanted to know why we did not ask her colleague for help. We explained that when we arrived, her colleague was not there when we needed a translator. Instead someone overheard and helped us translate to the taxi driver. She then went on to say, why we did not book a hammam through her. We advised that we came to reception and asked for her for a nice hammam. She said she knew of two hamams but only had a leaflet for one. She explained that it is a standard hammam but would be nice for us. Upon our own research, the reviews of that hammam were not good. We therefore got some external help in finding a hammam. The lady at Kadirga explained that the managers of the hotel had a problem with us going for external help. We tried to address the problems however she was not listening to us. We felt we were being accused of doing someone wrong. It led to a huge argument which ruined our holiday. Therefore we won’t be visiting Kadirga.
