We enjoyed our stay at Hotel Sari Konak. The location is great for seeing the sights in Sultanahmet and not far from the tram to get elsewhere. The room was clean and had character and we enjoyed the breakfast. Above all, the staff were very friendly and helpful, providing recommendations and even lending us a transportation card.

Great location, not too much traffic at night. Breakfast was mediocre, nothing to rave about. Nice rooftop too but not much there, you'd have to bring your food up there for service. Not enough umbrellas for rainy days, we added two that we bought.

The staff at this hotel is lovely, they will help out however they can to make your stay enjoyable. They were kind enough to tell us which areas/attractions to avoid and which were a good value. They also arrange for taxis which were significantly cheaper than uber and other ride sharing apps. The room was clean and the bedding was comfortable. The location was safe with plenty of stores and restaurants within walking distance. Would happily stay again.

Very enjoyable tourist hotel close to sights and restaurants. Clean quiet rooms despite a busy street outside, nice staff, tasty breakfast. If more services like room service and 24/7 bar are necessary look elsewhere but this was an excellent choice for our 5 day stay in Istanbul.
