All in one

This place is all in one and in a great lovely location. It is a very clean decent size suite, separate bedroom with combined kitchenette, a counter with three chairs which is excellent for work and a big sofa to chill and watch TV. It felt like home right after couple of hours. The view from the living room was great, lots of light and open. Big clean comfortable washroom. There is also parking spot front of the building to park your car. The building is in an amazing area, everything you need, multiple big grocery stores, bakery with fresh bread, lots of cafe and restaurant all within five minutes walking distance. Adjacent to the building, there is sandwich store with only one kind of sandwich but I loved it and ate almost every day and very cheap. The very first hour Mr Akif who manages the place gave me his WhatsApp number and whatever I needed, boom he made it happen. He speaks english very well and he is a very well educated nice person. I don't like chatting with people and I am very busy but I loved chatting with Mr Akif, even I had coffee with him in different occasion. In US, I only stay in Marriott and Hilton, my job pays for that but when I pay from my own pocket then I try to find a great place with a very good price and this is the one. I extended my stay as I enjoyed so much from the place and area.

Super clean, quiet and peaceful hotel, and extremely quick and helpful communication with the owners. Since the room has somewhat of a kitchenette it should be noted that there is a fridge and sink but no possibilities for cooking or heating food. It would have been even better if there was a microwave.

Bu işletmede 5 gece kaldım. +Bina yeni ve içi güzel tasarlanmış. Salonu, banyosu, yatak odası geniş. Mutfak olarak kullanabileceğiniz alan ve tezgah da gayet geniş ve fonksiyonel. Bir otel odasından ziyade tek odali bir apartman dairesi gibi. +Lokasyon güzel, çok işlek olmayan ve toplu taşıma kullananlar için uygun bir yerde. +Odaların yalıtımı tek kelimeyle harika. Benim gibi sese karşı hassassaniz buradan daha iyi bir yer bulmanız çok zor. Gerçekten ses geçirmiyor ve çok sakin bir ortam yaratıyor bu. +Personel oda temizliği, havlu değişimi ve için ilgili. Zaten çok temiz hem bina hem odalar. Sigara içmek de yasak ve içeri girerken galoş gitmeniz gerekiyor. +Otel yetkilisi Akif Bey'in ilgisi ve desteği çok iyi. Kendisiyle yuzyuze görüştük, tel üzerinden de konuştuk. Müşteri memnuniyetine önem veren birisi. Geç checkout yapmamıza da müsaade etti sağolsun. Kendisi kahveye düşkün. İkram da etmek istedi ama kahveyle aram olmadıgi için içmedim ama nazik bir davranış. +Aracı olanlar için otopark mevcut. -Otelin tabelası, giriş levhası vs yok. Oteli benim gibi daha önceden görmeyenler için problem. Her şekilde zaten tabela olmali. İlk geldiğinizde insana "Ben nereye geldim?" hissi veriyor. -Temizlik yapan personel hanımın biraz guleryuzlu olması daha hoş olur. Hizmet sektöründe çalışan kişilerin guleryuzlu olması önemli bir detay. Özetlemek gerekirse, bir otelden çok evde kalma deneyimi yaşattığı için Gris Verde'yi çok sevdim. Otel apart tarzında, temiz ve güvenli.Odalar sigara içilmez oda ve tek eksik, sigara içilecek alan ve resepsiyon olmaması.Apart tarzı olduğundan kahvaltı beklentisi içinde olmamalısınız.Ayrıca kredi kartı ile ödeme yapacaksanız daha önceden otel görevlisine bilgi vermenizi tavsiye ederim. Отличный апарт-отель

Замечательное место, удобное расположение. Хороший персонал, грамотный и гостеприимный управляющий по имени Akif. Единственный минус - отсутствие бытовой техники (отель совершенно новый и не во всех номерах она есть), уточняйте при заезде. Отдыхали с семьей, нам очень понравилось!
