Best hotel in the Topikopi.

I loved Istanbul because of this hotel.It was near from the tram station and is nice street with many nice places. I will not say much about hotel but I will say it’s 5 star. I will coming back there a gain for the sure ❤️.

Very welcoming hotel, I usually stay in Grand Makel when I come to Turkey. Staff are professionals and friendly, check in was easy with Emre, and the manager Burcu was amazing and she was making sure the guests are satisfied and happy with their stay at the hotel. I recommended this hotel if you are traveling for business or with your family

This property I did not like it at all. Yes it’s convenient because you have restaurants very close to the hotel. Which is convenient. But is relatively far from the main area in Istanbul. The air conditioning system was horrible, did not cool the room at all. The Wifi connection was horrible.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Grand Makel Hotel and I can't say enough good things about the experience. From the moment I arrived, I was greeted with warm smiles and a genuine sense of hospitality that set the tone for my entire stay. My room was spotless, spacious, and well-appointed with all the amenities I could ask for. The attention to detail in the design and cleanliness was truly impressive. The room was decent but definitely not 5 stars. The shower did not have good water pressure, and it was hard to control the temperature. There was no soap in the shower, which was really strange. Noise was not great; doors slamming noise from the street was loud. Food, fairly typical, very nice morning breakfast buffet. Room service is not great. I ran out of toilet paper and could not use the bidet; it was not set up right in both bathrooms, very sad. The refrigerator in the room would not get cold. My room key stopped working as well several times during my stay. The in-room amenities were very poor; I would rate this overall hotel 3 stars. The staff seemed eager to help at times, but other times just really failed on follow-up. When I requested things, they just ignored me most of the time. I tried over and over with the staff to set up a Hammam during my stay, but they failed, so I had to call an outside service. There is a lot of room to improve. I was even overcharged just to get back to the airport. The cab driver said you agreed to a set fee by the hotel that is higher than what I normally charge. Be careful, do lots of research before staying here.

The turkish bath and massage was excellent. The girls and Ashish delivered their promise as we were told. The "private" tour that was scheduled for us on the 2nd day was not at all a tour. Therefore, We demanded our money back and after so many arguments with different members. we got it. The breakfast was excellent service and food. For the price the hotel is ok where we stayed. Thanks

Прилетела на 5 ночей , в принципе отель не плохой . Только Внутри все старое. Старый ремонт. Но! Очень хорошая локация. Пешком можно ходить . Так же в отеле есть свой ресторан . Единственное очень раздражали горничные , стучались в 8:30 утра , а так все нормально.
