Great staff very friendly and helpful, they sent me a message for check in and we were able to check in hours before! The rooms are spacious, recently renovated. It looked like a small boutique hotel. It’s located near the airport so don’t expect anything touristic in the area (which we already knew). It’s about 15 mins from the airport around 500 lira. The restaurant across the street was fabulous and very affordable. The bathroom was clean the only thing I didn’t like was the shower head (it kept leaking) but the water pressure was good! Internet was quick too so, that was great! Overall, would recommend if you are in town for a quick trip or layover !

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I had a 13-hour layover in Turkey and chose Fly Point Hotel. The experience was excellent: the hotel is very clean, only 10 minutes from the airport, with a punctual and convenient shuttle service. The included breakfast was delicious and tea and coffee were phenomenal as well. The front desk staff, both at check-in and check-out, were super kind and attentive, as well as the lady who served us during breakfast. Definitely a 10/10. Highly recommended for anyone looking for comfort and great service during a layover!

チェックインはスムーズにしてもらえた。部屋は少し狭かったが新しく快適だった。部屋に行くときは自動で明かりがつくが、部屋から出るときは暗いので、部屋から出た時も明るくなるようにしてほしい。イスタンブール空港への着陸の進路の下なので、夜中でも飛行機の音が聞こえたが、それほど気にならなかった。チェックアウトの後、ホテルの外でUberのタクシーが来るのを待っていたがパンクで遅れていて少し待っていたらレセプションの人が出てきてくれて何か問題があるかどうか心配してくれた。Uberのタクシーはちょうどその時に到着したが、気に変えてくれていたのがうれしかった。

I was given an upgrade to very spacious comfortable room. The staff were amazing, extremely kind and helpful and went above and beyond to make sure my stay was comfortable and enjoyable. I would like to give a special thanks to Turkan and Anil. They both took extra time out of their day to help me give me everything I asked for and more. They showed me places I could shop at and help me immensely. The hotel is lucky to have such amazing stuff with the best customer service.

Very nice and new building very kind and helpful staff especially Anil gave me lots of information about transportation and area around the hotel and very fluent in English and for long stop in Istanbul and a long lay out this is nice and clean hotel , I highly recommend it and turkan was very nice as well

My husband gave a very well deserved compliment for the hospitality of the lady who waited on us at the desk. It was our last stay of our almost 6 week vacation before leaving Istanbul, and rightfully so, he said that she was the friendliest staff member that we encountered on our entire trip. We had great staff everywhere we went but this one was exceptional. She was so pleasant and went over and above to make our short stay exactly perfect. The FlyPoint Airport hotel provided us with everything that we needed. They arranged the shuttle service for us to and from the airport, and the room had everything that we needed. They were very good at communicating on the WhatsApp. The price was so much better than staying at the IST airport. It really was the perfect place for us to be as we had an early 4:00 am flight to catch, and a short 10-15 minute drive to and from the airport. I definitely recommend the FlyPoint Airport Hotel.

Affordable overnight when expecting a free long-layover hotel from Turkish Airlines that never materialized. Really lovely small lounge area, decorated with inviting books and seating areas. Simple restaurants and a grocery store with fresh produce nearby. Standard room was small but fine for one night. No top sheet on bed -- just a thin blanket/Turkish towel to put on top of you. It worked. A/C good. Shower good. Our window opened to street, but when we closed it, it was plenty quiet. The hotel can arrange airport transportation, or we used Uber, which saved us some money. It is near several other small hotels that serve a similar near-airport purpose. Facilities are new and nice. Three suggestions are: 1) Needs hooks or racks to hang wet towels, 2) When offering coffee or tea to guests staying at the hotel, make clear whether this is complementary or not. (There IS complementary tea/Nescafe in the room.), 3) In our room, the bathroom door would swing open and hit the front door unless we specifically closed the bathroom door until the latched clicked, after we exited the bathroom. Maybe a solution can be found? But it's a good place, and the owner was very kind when we arrived. We will likely be back!
