Breakfast was minimal, room was dirty and falling apart, lightning poor, and the hotel smelt especially our room of cigarettes. The manager was an absolute 1diot but the other reception staff were good. I would not return or recommend this hotel, it is not a 4* hotel.

Vi hadde tre dobbeltrom. To av rommene luktet kloakk, en intens lukt. Personalet sa de ikke kunne gjøre noe, men det ene rommet ble byttet ut kl 02.00 på natta. To av rommene var i dårlig forfatning, det andre var pusset opp og rent. Fikk ikke romservice. De skulke ordne en meny men den kom aldri. Bassenget stenger kl 18.00

dejlig beliggenhed nær strandparken.

god central beliggenhed. Nemt at gå til shopping og restauranter. Kort vej til bus, og strandpark med mange muligheder. Kort vej til færgerne til priseøerne . Hotellet er lille og hyggeligt, men slidt og desværre lugter der af røg på de 2 nederste etager som skulle være røgfri. Morgenmad er ok. gå ikke glip af solnedgang over istanbul.

Das Personal war sehr freundlich. Das Hotel an sich und das Zimmer war sehr sauber. Die Wlan Verbindung war allerdings sehr schlecht, da sollte man dran arbeiten. Im Großen und Ganzen aber sehr emüfehlenswert.

The view from the rooftop was very beautiful. The staff was always smiling and helpful. Dinner was amazing. The city is relaxed and marketing is nearby. The beds are very comfortable. Thank you Elite hotel for another amazing stay.

Personeel erg vriendelijk en behulpzaam! Plaats is dicht bij het centrum je kan gemakkelijk met de bus ergens heen. Ook metro is 20 minuten lopen. Alles is erg dichtbij. Minpunt was alleen dat de eerste kamer de erco het niet deed. We kregen direct een andere kamer dat was wel erg fijn! kamer was ook voor de 2e keer groter. In de badkamer zit geen ventilatie het ruikt niet fris en is vochtig. Maar Ik zou zeker nogmaals naar dit hotel willen gaan erg vertrouwd. Bedankt Elite hotel

舊式酒店

因為朋友住在附近才選這間酒店，酒店的評價一向不好，房間暗淡，不太清潔，水力不夠。露臺其實是與鄰近樓房相對，基本上不會開窗。早餐的地方還可以， 食物有不同款式 。但始終於斯坦堡可能比較多遊客，接待的不太熱情。即使我有很大的行李箱，他們亦沒有協助。由於泊車的地方會阻礙其他車輛出入，故拿著行李自行拿著行李搬上車時有點狼狽。

Her şeyden önce otelinize geldiğimde resepsiyondaki çalışan ve vale çok güleryüzle ilgili şekilde karşıladıllar.Onlara teşekkür ederim.Odamın alt katta ve yan daire pencerelerini görmesi hoşuma gitmedi.Resepsiyondaki görevli yarın size yardımcı oluruz dedi fakat o gece yerleştiğimiz için tekrar toplanıp başka odaya geçme konusunda ısrarcı olmadım.Ankara dan geldiğim için ve 6 gece kalacağım için pencerden denizi görmeyi arzulamıştım. neyse önemli değil .Her şey için teşekkür ederim.

Falsk marknadsföring! Mycket sämre än på fotonaa

Poolen var stängd för säsongen. Gymet var vattenfyllt och gick inte att träna i. Det skulle ordnas dagen efter vilket inte gjordes. I inomhuspoolen låg en lös strålkastare och flöt. Om det var ström påkopplat eller ej? Kylskåpet på rummet ur funktion.

Staff were always friendly and helpful weather is the receptionist or bar/restaurant staff. Spoke very little English. Ismail the receptionist was the only one who understood us and helped and gave us lots of advice about the area, traveling around and tours and transport. I did expect the hotel to have a gym and an indoor pool was disappointed as gym room was so tiny, dirty and smelt and was very damp. The machines never worked and could not stay there fo excising just went for a lool around. No sauna no steam room completely empty room. No staff downstairs in the area. A really tiny indoor pool with not clean water and was wet always. Only saw a father and a baby in there at all times I’m our 7 days stay. However, hotel breakfast was very nice always had a range of things would be more better if they had it continental as would be easier for tourist like us. Lunch and dinner had a great choice. Was reasonably cheap and decent meal and portion served. Staff always helpful and timed everything right. Late evening used to have a drink by the Terrence of the pool outdoor of restaurant was lovely view and scenery. Definitely recommend hote food. Our breakfast was included but tried lunch and dinner once too. Clean outdoor pool always kept tidy. Lounge was tidy comfy to sit. Downside was no WiFi till you exit you room or sat in the lounge so most evening an hr to two was spent in the lounge to catch up on emails messages and talk to family and to look at sites for tours as hotels

Nice Hotel with amazing view from the pool. The stuff was super friendly, they even helped us to translate and book a flight from a turkish website. The hotel was definetly the money worth. The only bad thing is that it takes 20 min by walk to the metro station, so we tended to go by taxi every time (about 2€) which is still okay.
