Helpful staff and excellent location

The staff are very friendly and willing to help in case of any problems. We had stains on one of the towels that was changed immediately. The room was clean and practical.Bathroom sink had stained silikon but otherwise clean. Very near to metro station and bus stops, excellent location.

Dirty and worn down hotel. Not what expected.

Very dirty and worn down rooms. Rooms looks very cosy and nicely decorated on pictures, but the actual room you get is completely empty, very badly cleaned and smells like smoke. I understand that it’s allowed to smoke in the rooms, but for non smokers it’s very uncomfortable to stay in a room that smells like that.

Dont go if you care about cleanliness and comfort

Very dirty room. Very bad condition. Didn’t look like the pictures on Hotels.com. Pictures looked very warm and cozy but room was just empty and dirty. We asked for a new room and got another that was even worse. We didn’t even stay the night and was refused any refund.

Beware, this is one of the earliest properties of this cityloft chain. It is not ıp to the standards that you would expect if you had stayed their other properties. It needs an urgent rennovation and repair. Otherwise it will cost cityloft a good deal of clients. Air condition was only in the bedroom section nothing in the living room section, lighting was depressive, bathroom in dire need of renewing and enlargement.

Odamızda mikrodalga fırın yoktu ve bunu yetkililere ilettik. 10 dakika içerisinde odamıza fırını getirdiler. Ayrıca odaların temizliği, çalışanların güler yüzlü ve çözüm odaklı olması çok memnun edici. İlgileri için çok teşekkür ederim.

Kötü bir deneyimdi.

Loft oda diye ekstra para ödedim. Sanki sonradan eklenmis bir yapı gibi bir odada kaldım. Ve lavabonun içinde kertenkele vardı. Duşakabinin kapısı kapanmıyordu. Kocaman odanın ortasında 1 tane ikili(tekli boyutunda) bir tane tekli. Üzerlerine örtü konulmuş şekilde. Bir daha tercih edeceğimi sanmıyorum.

Odanın kliması çalışmıyordu ilettik gelip yaptık denildi fakat 5 dk sonra tekrar bozuldu, odanın ışıkları ampulleri sürekli yanıp sönüyordu gözlerimizi aldı, odanın fotoğrafla alakası yoktu bomboştu sadece bir tane koltuk vardı yerler kir içindeydi,duş başlığı bozultu ve kırıktı en kötü deneyimimizdi fakat başka boş oda olmadığından ve ödemeyi iade edemediklerinden kalmak zorunda olduk.
