Location is great walking distance to many of the Sultanahmet district attractions. The room was economical worth the money. This is a family owned property, safe and secured by lock all the time, located in quiet neighborhood and highly accessible. The owner does communicate through Translation aps. There were lack of electrical outlets especially the US type. A bit more attention by the owner in terms of cleanliness, bedsheets, towels, toilet rolls, and soap would have made it great for out 6 night stay there. Narrow stairways made it quite hard to carry big suitcases to the upper floor.

Terrible place. We rented a room of the property but they allocated a different property which took hours to find out. The owner gave a wrong address and for that I had to drove extra an hour in a crazy city like Istanbul. The property of very old and doesn't have basic necessities for example toilet tissue, shampoo and soap. The apartment is too tiny and suffocating. Moreover, the owner is dishonest and barely can speak English. He made our tree days in Istanbul as hell. My two toddlers stayed in the car for long time as he was not able to provide correct location of the property. I turned down all the complains we made. When I texted him for the supplies he replied not to bother him. I wonder how expedia can allow these sorts of property.

Can’t get better value for money

This review is based on value - and for the price we were delighted with our stay. The room and en-suite were clean, the shower was great, the aircon cold, and the WiFi connection fast. It is within walking distance from the big tourist draws but far enough away that you do not feel swamped with people the minute you step out the door. We were on room 2 on the ground floor, and while yes there was some noise, honestly it didn’t affect our stay. There was something quite nice about hearing the tip tap of hammers through the night from people making shoes across the street. If you do stay here try and eat at least once at the Arch Bistro just down the road. A wee bit more expensive than other restaurants but a nice treat.

Location is good and all important landmarks are at walking distance. Property is clean from inside but beddings could be improved. No reception onsite is a big hurdle for guests like us, vising particularly for the first time. Language barrier as manger can't speak english and response from him has been poor. The rooms are not at ground level and invilve stairs. There is no lift, so shifting luggage is a problem.

Lokacija odlična. Cijena je sasvim dobra. Čista bijela posteljina. Mislim da bi trebalo malo sitnih popravki u sobi, za mene to nije bio problem ali vjerujem da će za većinu biti
