Schoon en netjes.

Schone kamers, goede ontbijt en vriendelijke personeel. Hotel is niet gelijk op drukke straat maar 2 minuten lopen naar boven.

Ottima struttura in stile art deco, non semplicissima da trovare (la foto di riferimento sul vostro sito non è l'ingresso dell'hotel) ma comoda come posizione, a 5 min dalla linea 2 della metropolitana e a 40 minuti di autobus dal nuovo aeroporto. Personale cortese e disponibile, buona scelta di cibo per la colazione.

Overall a good place to stay at! The staff was good let me check in an hour before. Also booked a taxi for me to take me to the airport. Breakfast was good too! Lots of choices! It is on a quiet street so I liked it a lot! Close to the metro.. Only thing missing was a sign outside the hotel that made it hard to locate! Happy with my stay there for 2-3 days.

Let down by the noise

Average hotel let down by the following problems: Big problem: No noise proofing in the rooms. Between roughly midnight and 1am every night what I think was garbage collection was, very loudly, happening on the street my room was facing. Medium problem: - Insanely hot in the corridors outside the rooms (inside the elevator was 24C, on days when the outside temp in Istanbul was ~ 12C). Even with my room temperature turned down it was still a bit too hot. Small problem: Poor breakfast. There's cafes in the local area though. Also, when I stayed (early April '19) there was no sign for the hotel outside the building. Best as I can tell this hotel, the Mood Design Suites, and one or two others are all part of the same building, with a shared reception. But of these hotels, Ayna is the only one without the hotel name visible from outside. So we walked up and down the street looking for the hotel before giving up, phoning reception, and being waved in to what we initially thought was the wrong hotel. The room was comfortable, no problems with the staff, the wifi worked, etc. But given the choice, I wouldn't stay here again (or on any of the hotels on this street) because of the noise issue.

Genel olarak memnun kaldık. Otelin tabelası henüz takılmamış olduğundan bulmakta biraz zorlandık. Fakat personel ilgili ve güler yüzlüydü ve otel çok temizdi. Kahvaltı iyiydi. Hoşnut kaldık teşekkür ederiz

Good money for value

Rooms are amazing, especially for couples. But some parts need renewal. For that price it is a quite good option. The hotel is quite close to a metro station, so it is easy to go both North and South parts of the city.

Hôtel de caractère, proche de la station de métro.

Ayna Hotel dégage beaucoup d'âme et de caractère dès l'entrée. Les chambres sont très joliment décorées, bien équipées et propres. Le personnel est accueillant, souriant, disponible et toujours prêt à rendre service. Le petit-déjeuner est varié et très bon. L'espace piscine et sauna est très agréable. La station de métro est toute proche.Très belle découverte pour moi qui voyage très régulièrement à Istanbul. J'y retournerai
