The property was listed as a three start hotel. It turned that it was not even one star hotel. It cannot be .I mean It just cannot be given even have a star. Yes I wanted to put it that I way. If I were to manage the lists of hotels in that area I would remove this property listing. Because I Simply believe the amount of dishonesty connected to this hotel is just shameful and disgrace .

Worst experience I had regarding a stay in a hotel. Wardrobe literally fell on us as soon as we entered the room, AC was broken and after asking the staff to sort it out, they turned it on at 12am after several requests and didn't provide a remote control saying they will give it later as they are trying to arrange it. They left the AC as it is and the room climate went really cold. The washroom was really unhygienic and shower was broken too. They messed us up so badly that I did an early check out and left the hotel in the morning and told Expedia about the incident. When Expedia got in touch with them they told Expedia that they had changed the room and now guests (us) are happy. I am really disappointed with the service and would recommend avoiding this place.

The mold and smell all over the room, halls etc was overwhelming, we didn't stay at this place after we came to the room and saw the condition , properties like this should not be offered. It's very unhealthily. Any company should verify the condition of the properties to offer them to the public

Do NOT GO HERE

Very cheap and horrible hotel. The staff are lovely but this hotel is not what it seems online at all. It is like make shift HMO and there are arab students 18 to 20 year old and they have no respect for anyone. They are like wild animals kept in cage shouting banhing doors and making noise. It is definiuely not somewhere i recommend. But the staff are well nice
