"We were upgraded to a beautiful room overlooking the lake at the back of the hotel. Staff on reception and in the cafeteria were very friendly and helpful. No issues with the hotel or the room. Everything of the highest quality. "

There are no shops around, we had driven 8 hours and were hungry and thirsty so had to drive for miles to the nearest town for bread and cheese. The place was stiflingly hot, the air conditioning in the bedroom didn't work, the basin in the bathroom was blocked, the shower was so small one couldn't swing a proverbial cat. The beds were soft and uncomfortable. We could not wait to leave the next morning after our mostly sleepless night and move on to the next hotel."
