「Hotel property is great (even though it’s not in the beach , and there is a great view from the pool deck. Our issue is more about our booking. Initially we booked two rooms but after coming to the hotel we saw that we actually booked a room and a two bedroom studio. We told the hotel and Expedia that we want to move to the studio and vacate the room. The hotel staff actually told us to do that but the hotel and Expedia refused to refund the room we did not use so we ended up spending $1200...

They say they are one and they charge like there are one but they are far from it. To start is they forgot to pick me up from the airport. 「The hotel was clean and well maintained. The grounds were beautiful and kept in prestige conditions. In relation to the food served, it was excellent, fresh and a joy to consume. Saying this, it would have been nice to have been able to order single dishes in the evening as what is provided is a four course meal which is sometimes just too much. A local free bus to San Teodoro 4 times a day is provided however there is literally no taxi service unless you are willing to pay 55EUR for 4km...

「De locatie was helemaal top, praktisch in het centrum, maar wel in een straat waar verder geen restaurants waren. Dit betekende dat je binnen een paar honderd meter bij allemaal leuke restaurantjes en barretjes was, maar ‘s avonds/‘‘s nachts geen last had van herrie. Inchecken ging heel soepel online, vervolgens kregen we per whatsapp bericht de code voor de voordeur en een aparte code voor onze kamer. De kamer zelf was heel netjes en had alles wat je nodig kan hebben. Douche was heel fijn...
