「Stayed here for one night with my two daughters as a short stop on our 6 week roadtrip so we have a lot of places to compare to. The evening "snack" was sufficient as a full meal and incredibly helpful on a long travel day. There was pasta, grilled chicken, salad, hot dogs, nacho bar with New Mexico green chili (yum!), even 2 included alcoholic drinks per adult. Breakfast was similarly fulfilling and greatly appreciated. There was plenty of parking and a lot of available luggage carts right...

「The airport shuttle was handy, but the driver did not help with the luggage. When we went to shower, there was no body wash in the container. The new plastic bags for the garbage were left in the room and not put in the garbage bins. We were offered a new room, but that was very inconvenient. The room otherwise was very lovely- the beds were most comfortable, the noise level very acceptable, everything clean, and the coffee, microwave and refrigerator amenities appreciated.」

「Our room was clean and we like the design with separate sitting area. Early check in was available. Laundry area light didn’t turn on. 1 load cost 9$ to was and dry. They were out of shampoo and pillows. The water filling station was filthy with black splatter all over it unusable. Dead cockroach floating in the hot tub. Hot tub wouldn’t turn on. Pool towel was small hand towel size.and needed to be requested from front desk. If you use the pool bring towel from your room. Breakfast was ok no...

「The facility was clean. The breakfast was good. The wall paper in the bathroom was attempted to be held to the shower with blue painter’s tape, it needs to be addressed. The rest of the room was very clean. 」

「To expensive it didn’t say on the website that the pool was closed breakfast didn’t have much I just know I could of gotten a room cheaper somewhere nicer」

「I’ve stayed at a lot of hotels over the years, and Patti at the front desk is one of the best I’ve come across. She was friendly, welcoming, and genuinely cared that everything was right during my stay. Customer service like hers is hard to find these days. She made a great first impression and is a big reason I’d stay at this Holiday Inn again. I hope management recognizes what an asset she is—employees like Patti deserve to be appreciated.」
