「The room needed vacuumed. It had sand all over it and dirt when you first walked in on the hardwood floor. The balcony could’ve used some cleaning. It was unusually dirty. Other than that, not a bad experience considering it’s on the beach and on the lake. I just don’t understand why the rooms aren’t cleaner.」

「The room was very clean and welcoming. Breakfast was very nice with many options to choose from. I loved the little scones!!! We sat out on the patio and had breakfast overlooking the water which was lovely. 」

「Room had a musty spell, had to call three times to ask for fresh towels. Pool was very dirty and not heated, hot tub filled with little kids, bird droppings all over everything.」

「The bathroom hasn't been updated since the 50s. Some stains on the bedspread and lamps. It's just very old and motel-like.」

「Our stay was good , the rooms were clean! The pictures of the pools didnt look how it does there was bug in the hot tub coming in from under the door by the hot tub and breakfast was good although the pictures shown are different they have a selected few things out but all in all it was good!」

「Despite completing documents online, the check in process took a few minutes. Other than that, the staff was great as usual, and everything was smooth and easy! Room was clean and everything was in order.」

「We had a wonderful time on the island. We would’ve liked to know that the pools weren’t filled with water and the jacuzzi was not hot. Also the property was under construction and we weren’t made aware. We also were locked out of the property the first night we arrived and had to call the night person who showed up promptly but it was early in the night 9pm. Rooms were clean and the rest of the stay was nice.」
