「The little kitchenette was a welcomed surprise. It was perfect for us for a quick overnight stay.」

「Room wasn’t very clean and it stunk like weed, slept on top of the covers. Won’t be staying there again.」

「One of our rooms had a plugged toilet. When we reported the issue to hotel staff, they simply brought us a plunger and told us to fix it ourselves, which was disappointing and not what we would expect from hotel service. We had three rooms booked, and one member of our group was staying an additional night. She was the guest assigned to the room with the plugged toilet. As the rest of us were checking out, we requested that she’s been moved to one of our other rooms so she would not have to...

「The building and the room were clean and updated. The beds were comfortable and the bathroom and counters were well designed and a pleasure to use. The room was especially large, and as we were on the top floor, we happened to have a high, vaulted ceiling with a window at top, creating a spacious, light feeling. The main window was also especially large with a good view of scenic hills and sky. It all came together to feel especially luxurious.」

「Given bathtub that didn't drain. No menu on tv so had to hunt one channel at a time to find anything. Towel was dirty and stained and given to my room for usage」

「The room was clean and quiet. The man at the desk seemed annoyed when I was trying to check in and out putting paper work Head of customer service. He also seemed disheveled. Other than his rudeness it was a pleasant experience」

「Check-in time was at 4pm and we arrive at 1 pm. The staff were excellent . My husband is in a wheelchair and they expedited the cleaning of the room and checked us in at 2:30 instead of 4 pm」

「Host was friendly, and thoroughly explained the suite. She went above and beyond to make the stay extra special. Cottage was clean, with amazing amenities and view. Definitely recommend a stay at Woodhouse Cottages !」
