Disliked: Cleanliness, amenities, property conditions & facilities
The hotel looks much better in photos than in reality. The actual condition of the room and facilities was far below expectations.
There was a strong chemical cleaning smell in the room and throughout the property, which made it uncomfortable to stay. The maintenance level was poor, with worn paint, stained curtains, and generally unfinished surfaces.
Breakfast was also disappointing. The food quality was below standard.
After one night, I decided to leave early, even though my reservation was for four nights, because the conditions were far below standadrd and not comfortable for me. I requested a rebate for the unused nights, but it was declined. I still left due to the smell.
Overall, this property needs significant improvement in cleanliness, maintenance, and quality control. Based on my experience, I would not choose to stay here again.
