「Very private very nice and quiet 」

「We had an amazing time with family. The property is about 20 to 30 minutes south of town so not a far drive, which you will have to do if you dont bring food. It is a very private resort with a private beach. You will also have a "pass" or access to the grand mayan resort which is about a 10 min drive where they have a lazy river and restaurants (i dont recommend restaurants there however lol food was bad). 「Clean and comfort condo with gorgeous views and property but barely stocked. Kitchen had minimal cooking supplies. They gave you two trash bags and half a roll of paper towels, which doesn’t last for a longer stay. Nothing stocked like salt and pepper. So if you plan to cook while at this condo bring everything you need or plan to buy in town, which is 20 minutes away. They give you 5 towels for both beach and shower use. 「This place was so first class lovely and the staff was amazing. The condo is spacious and beautifully decorated. They give you a pass to go to the Mayan Palace, which is only 2 miles away (check in with the guard - the road isn't closed, you just have to give your name and let them know where you're going). The Mayan has several places to eat and amazing pools. 」
