「We were waking up at 7:30 am with a terrible noise coming from the AC, they took like an hour to come to the room and stayed in our room fixing the problem like 1 1/2 hrs. We got into the room at 5:00 am and we were trying to have a good rest that we couldn’t because the annoying noise. We complained with front desk and nothing was done. 」

「No security lock on the balcony door. Hotel staff claimed that none of the balconies were lockable as the neighbourhood was very safe? The breakfast was good and staff very friendly and answered all our questions. The king room is quite small , especially the minute bathroom and there is little room for luggage in the room. Location is everything with a great beach one block away from the hotel and beach chairs and umbrellas provided. Recommended, if you pack very light and are not travelling...

「Staff is amazing but there was a hair on my pillow, hair all over the floor in the main room, bathroom, and shower. The chair in the corner is visibly dirty and the soap holder also isn’t clean. It definitely doesn’t feel like this room was cleaned before arrival. For paying $344 here, this is extremely expensive for an unclean room 」

「The hotel is clean ,nice rooms, the best location , near to everything. Breakfast great quality bread , fruits and etc… and more than anything the hospitality was wonderful with a very attentive, nice staff! Very happy and more than pleased for my budget! I’ll be back ! Maya 」

「The first room was not good (has a bad washroom smell). I asked the front desk for another room. Julio, the attendant at the moment, moved me to a different room, which was in much better condition. The breakfast was included (it was simple, the coffee was good, they didn't offered eggs) Location was great: 1 block from Playa Brava and 2 blocks from Gorlero ave. You get what you paid for. Overall, this hotel is a 2 start hotel in Punta Del Este.」
